I enquired about the property that I'm going to rent on Monday 2nd August. I received a call from Josh in the March office in relation to the house enquiry, he asked when I would like to view it. I said that evening would be perfect, and I was very surprised when Josh agreed as the time was getting on. Although I was running a little late due to traffic Josh and his colleague waited for me. I had a call from Josh just before he finished today advising everything had gone through and that I could move in on Wednesday this coming week. This guy has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and is very professional in his attitude and polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend the company enough but more importantly Josh Taylor as he is a very enthusiastic guy who will go far in this business. Sharman's were the estate agent for the house I was buying. Nicky went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through, which is a lot more than the estate did that I was using. Nicky kept me informed of what was going on and she made sure the sale went through before Christmas. I think if she hadn't been chasing other agents we would of not got the house we wanted. As a first time buyer purchasing the property from the March Branch, I couldn’t have been made to feel more at ease. Cannot give Josh enough praise. Both personable and professional, but most importantly made the effort to be highly responsive. Whilst I appreciate that agents are busy, others performance pales in comparison to Josh. Amongst a sea of unanswered calls, callbacks that never materialised, disinterested answers and properties left on the market after being let, Josh went the extra mile. She has been absolutely first class from the first meeting right through to completion. She is really knowledgeable and if we ever need mortgages again, Michelle is the person we want dealing with them. She came up with ideas we didn't even think of or know were possible. Tom Bailey-Smith was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was responsive and attentive and always willing and happy to go the extra mile to get me across the line. I could not have asked for a better mortgage advisor and were it not for Tom's hard work, dedication and expertise, I would not have been able to secure my house. In my view, Tom went above and beyond, picking up the slack when my buyer's appalling solicitor dropped the ball and even doing their job for them to ensure the sale didn't fall through. My young family and I were due to move into a property this January. We viewed the property a month before, and Sharman Quinney sent us a contract to sign. Throughout the process communication was very poor. We rang the office more or less everyday in the week up to the move as we had yet to receive a signed contract from the landlord. We were assured everything was progressing but 48 hours before we were due to move in (a date that was agreed by both parties), Sharman Quinney revealed that they had had no contact with the landlord for ten days. Because we were due to be moving in two days time, we had organised movers, new nurseries and schools for our children, and end of tenancy cleaners. All this cost considerable time and money. Sharman Quinney then confessed that the property would not be able to be let to us as there was a burst pipe. Even if this were true, all of this could have been communicated to us days before. If there had been worryingly no contact with the landlord, this should’ve been said to us. Instead, we were left homeless and now have nowhere to move into. As a mother of a family of two children under four, this is incredibly distressing.

Nicky at the March branch of Sharman Quinney was very helpful went above and beyond what she had todo for the people that were in the chain with me. I wasn’t even selling my house with this estate agent and Nicky was more useful than any of the people in the estate agent’s I was sell my house through. She kept me updated with what was happening and I really appreciated that she went that extra mile because if she hadn’t I think the chain would of fallen apart.
