Good service….but accounts team struggle to account.

Branch staff helpful and communicative, but the central accounts team do appear to consistently make errors on statements which regularly need follow up and correction.

Awful service as a letting agent, worst agent we have worked with. Very incompetent and unprofessional and they do not seem to care. We have to chase them constantly and we get a terrible service from themI would not recommend to anyone

Go elsewhere

Go elsewhere, selling my property during covid with them was a miserable experience. It took 21 weeks to COMPLETE even when I had a buyer. Save your energy and money go elsewhere.

Great customer service! Needed somewhere to stay last minute and Megan got everything sorted at very short notice. Finished the viewing, paperwork and moved in to the property in less than 1 week. Highly recommend using their service.

They pay no heed to timescales for returning tenants deposit after agreement with landlord when your tenancy is finished. Stay away from this company if you are renting
