We purchased our house with Burns and Webber Farnham and we cannot recommend them enough. Kate Clapham looked after us the whole way through and she was brilliant. Always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She was in constant contact with us the whole way through giving us updates. If we called to ask a question she would always chase it up and find out for us. She would get back to us quickly and if she wasn't in the office, the other team members were also really friendly and helpful and Kate would always contact as once she was back in. We were never left wondering what was happening or who to ask. We felt really looked after and I have recommended Kate to my friends who wish to move. I can't fault them. Great service! Thank you!

Burns and Webber aren’t like the other estate agents I’ve dealt with around Farnham. They’re polite, prompt, honest and do what they say they will. This is unusual in my experience. I was particularly anxious about selling my home and as such, had a lot of questions. It was never any trouble. They sold it within 5-6 weeks and supported the whole process after sale. Laura is the stand out, just lovely to deal with at every stage but Martin, Kate, Charlie, Lou and Amelia were all lovely and helpful too. If you’re not normally too keen on dealing with estate agents, I’d give these guys a try.

Burns & Webber Farnham are an absolute pleasure to deal with! From our initial meeting with Martin to the completion of our sale we knew we were in good hands. Kate and Martin were both extremely professional at all times but unfortunately for us the process didn’t come without its hitches as the bottom of the chain fell through twice. In despair and under immense pressure Millie Yeomans took over the reigns and I cannot the sing this woman’s praises enough! Every day she was on the case, following up and updating us every step of the way till we finally reached completion. He was one of only a couple of agents in the area who kept in touch regularly and seemed genuinely interested and passionate about helping us. Also must give a mention to the lovely Lou who we met at a few viewings; she had the magic touch in keeping our children entertained so that we could look around uninterrupted. I purchased a property marketed by Burns & Webber (Farnham), completing in February 2022. From the initial viewing through to completion, their service was excellent. Charlie Westwood, who I dealt with predominantly, was a pleasure to work with. He's personable, responsive and quick with answers to queries. His liaison between the vendor and me, as well as with solicitors, was second to none. If he wasn't a Leeds fan, he'd be perfect. When Charlie wasn't immediately available, someone was always on hand and Martin Hunt was a great help during negotiation and in assisting with exchange. I used their Mortgage and Protection services, as well. Martin at Burns & Webber was simply brilliant. The house took longer to sell but Martin was always confident. When we did find a buyer we then couldn't find a house to buy and there were some very anxious months of waiting for all concerned. We found a house and moved within 5 weeks which was hair raising but Martin helped me with the process and was always on hand to talk to and liaise with our buyers as well as other agents down the chain to keep everyone on board and happy. I simply cannot recommend this agent or this Estate Agents any more highly, a very difficult sale, brilliantly carried out by Martin. Martin is a true professional and very very good at his job! This is the second time using B&W who have been absolutely brilliant. The first house was a difficult one which 2 other agents had failed to sell. Martin did an excellent job getting viewings and was supportive and so helpful throughout many difficulties complicating the sale in the background. We originally instructed Burns & Webber for our sale in 2019, but didn't sell on that occasion, so decided to do work on the property before returning it to the market. We selected them because Martin Hunt made an impression on us of being trustworthy, honest and likeable. It was also handy that B & W were connected more widely to Curchods, and we figured there was possibly a good market for us amongst people moving out of London. So reputation and reach were a factor. They are a little pricey - but competitive, and then again the flat rate fee made everything straightforward and simple and their high standards of service make it worthwhile. We kept in touch with Martin and the team before deciding to relaunch the house over Christmas 2020. I have always felt that Martin and his team are 'real' and have given us great advice, including being realistic about the price we marketed at and the state of the market. They have always been pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person (when this was possible), answering questions and keeping us informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and his team at Burns and Webber Farnham.
