GoogleWe can now say we have used the services of John Wadsworth Estate agents for selling (and buying albeit about 20 years ago). Our personal experience is one of great professionalism, diplomacy, genuinely nice people to deal with. As with many properties i'm sure, we had a couple of issues that came along with the sale of our property. These were dealt with by Lara, John and Amanda with ease. The attentiveness is something that sticks in my mind, always kept up to speed with any movement, however small it may be. To me that's important, good communication is key. Thankyou John, Amanda and Lara great work.

GoogleWouldn't hesitate to recommend Burns and Webber in Farnham. Dan gave me the advice i needed, rather than the advice i wanted to hear. Most agents that i dealt with were the polar opposite. GoogleI sent a website enquiry and was contacted literally immediately and an appointment made the next day. The following morning I had the energy survey done, a walk through video and all details and photographs taken. One day later the viewings commenced ... after 3 days of viewings, which were all hosted by Lara, I had several full price offers. Lara personally checked every offer out thoroughly establishing who had a chain and what positions everyone was in. This was all 4 days before Christmas during a pandemic. Windows and internal doors were left open and Lara sanitised every surface touched. I would not hesitate to recommend this local, family run business of 25 years to anyone hoping to sell their home. John, Amanda and Lara are quite frankly a brilliant team who have kept me informed throughout the whole legal process. I complete 8 weeks later .... thank you Team Wadsworth.

Google17 years ago we bought our house from John and this month we sold our home with John & his family team. We were very happy with the communication right from the start. We received emails confirming viewings and follow up calls with feedback from Amanda. Lara did a great job on the visuals to make sure we got our property marketed to its potential, including coming back to retake some shots when the weather was better. The pricing was spot on (unlike another Estate Agent who recommended we put the house on the market significantly lower and who made a point that they sold properties quickly .. well of course they would !). We were also very happy with the way John kept us up to date on the whole exchange & completion part of the process, he was in touch with the buyers and our solicitors regularly. THANK YOU!
