My experience with Bridges has been brilliant, and Simon Kerry especially. I have moved several times and my experience with estate agents has not been great, but Simon has restored my faith. He couldn’t do enough for us and definitely went above and beyond. He called back promptly every time I called and he wasn’t available. He went out of his way to answer any queries I had and was quite simply a Star!. I would thoroughly recommend Bridges, their professionalism and dedication and experienced staff made what is usually a very stressful experience much less so.

However, after a detailed conversation with her about what I was looking for, and the time I had left to look in the area before travelling home, she has gone above and beyond to find the perfect property for me, which she has done. Wow - Hayley, Dan, and Ben at Bridges Ash Vale were immense help to us. From start till finish the team were extremely supportive, were available to answer questions in a timely manner, and were so friendly and fun to work with. Any hurdles we came across were quickly dealt with by the team, and we were kept in the loop at all times. They really did bring some comfort and fun to such a stressful process. GoogleBridges sold my mother’s house for me and I was really impressed with the service, help and advice i received. From the initial meeting and valuation from Alfie, I was impressed. Very professional and he understood my need to sell the property and was very open and realistic on what was needed to progress the sale. I was kept up to date on all viewings and once i agreed an offer the updates kept coming. Kathy was great, keeping me informed of progress and guiding me through the process. I had exposure to a few of the Farnham team members and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient. If they said they would get someone to call be back, the call happened. From our first meeting, he was very professional, personable and highly experienced, and this shone throughout the whole sales process. He was always so responsive to our questions, always kept regular contact, and a regular soundboard for us. He is an absolute asset to Bridges, and such a nice guy. I can't praise him enough for all his efforts. Thank you Alfie! If you are looking for an estate agent who treats you like you are their only customer with care and consideration, then choose Bridges in Farnham.

I have been working alongside different estate agents as I am looking for a property to buy.The service here is just amazing. I met Maia who was very efficient at showing me around the property no pressure was applied as soon as she knew I was looking for something else. Instead she asked what exactly I was after then proceeded to send me details of the exact homes that I would like to purchase.I spoke to Ben by phone and again the service stands out as being one of if not the best I have come across.I feel valued even although I am aware that they have many clients to look after but it does not feel that way.I highly recommend using this company as they obviously know how to recruit GOOD people!

They showed NO enthusiasm or interest in selling our property in Woking and was a waste of three months! There is nothing more to say. Most of the phone calls was us chasing them for a response. Stay away or advertise with multiple agencies if possible.

The team at Bridges were all very helpful in the sale of our property, with Keith keeping us well informed throughout the initial sale process. Kathy form the move support team then took over and was instrumental in getting us through to completion. I would absolutely recommend them.

So me and my husband called Bridges to try and arrange a viewing, my husband spent almost 10 minutes on the phone to go through the registration process. The lady said we could go for the viewing also gave us date and time, then she said we would need to wait for a confirmation email. We never received any email. We eventually called the office the following day only to hear them say that we couldn't see the house since our house that is on the market is not under offer. They clearly consider showing a property to someone who's not in the position to buy "tomorrow" like a waste of time. My husband said "they lost a potential buyer cause if I am searching for a house and I see one I really fall in love with they cannot know if I can manage to find a way to buy it". Honestly this kind of service is not helping buyers or sellers. Maybe is just helping them to get less work to do. Such a shame.

GoogleLouie Rogers was amazing. We saw three properties with him. 2 of which were planned and the other he kindly arranged last minute as it fit the needs of our search. He was very knowledgeable about all the properties and was by far the best estate agent we have had interactions with. Highly recommend. We did not purchase a property from Bridges as preferred another at a differing agents but I expect the process would have been smooth and impressive through Louie.

When we came to sell the property Kathy kept me well informed and had good relationships with the solicitor and purchaser helping the process to move forward smoothly. ASK FOR YOUR CLEANING RECEIPT WHEN YOU LEAVE. They tried to fleece me £288 for cleaning, taking it out of my deposit. When I pushed them for a receipt, they got back to me later after a lot of nudges with the actual receipt being £150. They were a nightmare to deal with throughout and the person I dealt with was very rude and arrogant. Don't use.
