I had a day of viewings with Edward while in the middle of my house sale and house hunt. It's been such an overwhelming and stressful process but Edward was really lovely and gave so much advice about lots of different aspects of the sale side (despite me being with a different agent) and also the purchase side. He answered all my questions (and there were a lot) and even managed to answer some really niche questions I had about the area too. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I didn't end up buying through Bridges but the day of viewings with Edward was one of the very few nice and less stressful experiences of this whole thing. :)

My family and I have used Farnham Bridges five times now, and every experience has been an absolute pleasure. This time, the conveyancing process was particularly tricky due to a lease extension in my chain, but Hayley was an absolute trooper. She was determined to get to the root of the problem and never gave up. Her constant communication and persistence were key in securing my exchange, she truly did a fantastic job. A big thank you as well to Alfie, who was incredibly helpful when marketing my property, and to Petra, who wasted no time getting on the phone and finding me a buyer. Very Happy with Service

We recently sold a property through Bridges of Hook, Hampshire. Although their fees were higher than some other agents, we chose them because they were enthusiastic and seemed to be on the ball. This proved to be the case as the property went under offer soon after listing. Our main contact was with the manager, Rob, who went above and beyond in keeping us informed of progress, visiting the property when we were unable to do so etc. Would happily recommend

The best decision we made this year was to choose Bridges Estate Agents in Farnham to sell our property. They found a suitable purchaser very quickly and dealt with all aspects of the sale providing a highly professional service. Branch manager Alfie, assistant manager Petra and Sales Negotiator Edward managed the marketing and viewings, providing full feedback up the point of securing the buyer and Hayley progressed the sale once we had accepted the buyer's offer. She was exceptional on the way that she dealt with managing all aspects of the sale, getting the various solicitors to work together, despite it becoming quite difficult at times to keep things moving. We honestly didn't expect to sell so quickly and achieve the right price, so are very happy clients and fully recommend Bridges to anyone looking to sell a property.

Along with very many others, I was trying to complete my move by the end of March 2025, after which stamp duty was due to increase. The sales team arranged several visits to the purchase property, so that I was sure it was the right choice. All were very friendly and professional. Once the purchase was agreed, despite huge workload pressure, Kathy kept me fully informed of the position of the whole chain and communicated regularly with all involved. The result was completion just before the deadline day and I was very impressed by Kathy’s friendly and approachable manner, along with her proactivity towards problem solving. The Amazing Hayley

The sole reason I would you bridges again is Hayley, the Sales Progressor. She sang from the same hymn sheet as me and was completely on board and ready for action whenever I needed her, often already actioning what I needed before I had spoken to her! Buying our first home with not a lot of knowledge on how the process worked. Once Dan got involved, his communication between us made us feel so much better about situations along the way. He explained everything and always got back to us when we needed the reassurance on the upwards chain complications( nothing to do with Bridges). I am not sure this sale would have went through without him.

Unprofessional and incompetent

My tenancy with Bridges letting agents of Farnborough is finally coming to and end and I couldn’t be happier. Problem after problem since the day we moved in. Grossly unprofessional and never willing to hold their hands up when in the wrong, they would rather try and accuse their tenants of lying.One of the agents had arranged a viewing today from 1.00 - 2.00, my wife and I with our daughter made sure we left ample time for the viewings to finish so we pulled up to the house at 2.20 and the agent was still present with the people viewing the property so we couldn’t pull up our drive which meant we had to go and waste another 15 minutes. When we returned, one of the doors was unlocked. I sent an email about the issue and the cowardly individual dealing with the case decided to call my wife rather than reply in a formal email. The representative tried to argue about the viewing going over until my wife offered to show our CCTV for proof, the representative then tried to argue that the agent wouldn’t have left the door unlocked - it was unlocked!If I could leave a minus star review I would but unfortunately I have to leave an incredibly flattering 1 star.
