I cannot praise Greg and his team highly enough. Professional and enthusiastic from start to finish. Every part of this process that Greg had anything to do with was smooth and efficient. He is wonderful to deal with and really cares. He is definitely not your average estate agent. We feel lucky that we found Greg to help us on our journey. From our initial meeting, everything was crystal cłear, with no hidden fees. His photos of our home were outstanding and we sold our property from one of our earliest viewings. As first time buyers who were losing hope of finding a property after two fell through with previous estate agents we were relieved to find Greg James. From the very first viewing with Greg he was incredibly helpful, providing information about the Farnborough area (we're new to the area) without prompting and also knowing so much about the house (it helped that we had the most efficient sellers possible!) was a real plus as previous estate agents weren't half as knowledgeable about properties we viewed. After our offer was accepted Greg's customer service continued faultlessly with quick responses to our emails and updates when he heard anything new. He didn't even get annoyed with my nagging emails when waiting to exchange! Generally a joy to work with during the process of buying our first home, we'd happily recommend Greg and use him in the future when/if it comes to us selling. You really felt like you got an Estate Agent who cared and was rooting for you as well as the seller.

We recently purchased a house through Greg James Estate Agents and cannot recommend them highly enough. We had had difficulties with other agents and had a couple of houses fall through. Greg kept us informed throughout the whole process and made it so simple. He always replied to queries we had promptly and made the whole buying process effortless. The house we bought through them we had missed out on previously, but we asked Greg to keep us informed if there were any changes. True to his word he kept us in mind and contacted us before the property was put back on the market. We wanted to move quickly and Greg made this happen. If your looking to sell a property I would advise you speak to Greg first, before signing up with any other agents as from a buyers perspective he was a joy to work with. If your buying a property and it's listed with them already, then you can expect a level of professionalism and customer service far beyond any other estate agents I have ever used in the past. Not all estate agents are equal and that is clear from dealing with Greg James Estate Agents. Greg James are a hybrid between the real traditional estate agents who cared about their clients and the new internet agencies. Like many, we found Greg James via a flyer through our door not long after my wife and I had made the decision to put our home on the market. We made an appointment for a valuation visit. Greg Rowse arrived at the appointed time. Unlike other agents we had dealt with, Greg understood our needs and got straight to the point with regard to the valuation of the property and our realistic expectations for the sale. Finding Greg to be straight talking, professional and having a wealth of knowledge about the property market, we signed a 6 week contract. As promised, Greg attended every viewing and provided solid, honest feedback. All we had to do was to give Greg the key and keep the place tidy and he got on with the job in hand. When the offers came in, Greg offered good guidance and found us the perfect family for our property which we had called home for 27 years. During the time between the offer was accepted and the date of exchange, Greg supported the process to keep things on track. My wife and I have now moved and settling into our new home. Although he does not like to admit it; this is down to Greg and we owe him a big thank you. From the way he markets the property to the way he deals with prospective buyers through to the final exchange of contracts; in our opinion, Greg is second to none. If you are serious about moving home and want an estate agent that puts your needs first, is able to handle viewings and buyers as a single contact point and has a vast local knowledge to fall back on; then you can't go wrong in giving Greg James a call and see what they can do for you. Greg James advertising is spot on - Big service for a small fee. We chose Greg James as we wanted a local agent with a competitive fee and short contract. Greg James unlike some other agents included professional photos and floor plan at no extra cost, accompanied viewings, opens 7 days a week and was realistic with the asking price - which he achieved. My wife and I recently purchased a property in Farnborough being sold through Greg Rowse of Greg James Estate Agents. Greg contradicts the usual negative reputations of estate agents by being open, honest, friendly and yet professional. We had lived in Woking, Surrey for many years and had several doubts on moving to a new area but Greg helped us to overcome these doubts by answering our numerous questions and by using his extensive local knowledge to provide us with very useful information. Obviously he had a house to sell but at no point did we feel that he was pushing us or trying to influence us unduly. Greg was easy to get hold of on the phone or email and kept us updated throughout the process and helped us to establish a good relationship with the current owners. To help us settle in the new area, he has also provided us with local information and also recommended tradesmen that he has dealt with through his work. Overall based on our experience I would highly recommend Greg James and we feel that we have made a new friend and will definitely be keeping in touch although we have no plans or energy to move anytime soon !

I found Greg James estate agents through a leaflet posted through my door. I had already had quotes and was alnost decided on going with someone else but decided to give them a call, I am so glad I did. Greg Rowse came around to our house, he was the only estate agent that didn't use the appointment time to knock other estate agents. (we had 5 others that did.) He valued at a great price for us. He was just as concerned about our potential buyer as us and I found his service second to non. Every time time I called he was informative, quashed any fears or uncertainties we had, he has definately earned his commission as we have not had an easy purchase (no-ones fault sometimes it happens). He has been able to put things into our language and has been really good. I would definately recommend Greg James Estate agents to anyone.
