I have been really impressed with the quick responses I have had to my queries and the professionalism, it's been a strange time and to be reassured so quickly is vital! The sale of my property was going through a well known estate agents in the area and although considered popular they are far inferior to Greg James, I wish I had used them for my sale! I would definitely recommend.

Very easy to deal with, especially with arranging keys and entry to property for surveys, electrical checks etc. In summary the experience was pleasant, efficient and professional. Greg James understand their customer preferences and puts all effort to find a bespoke property. All staffs I have spoken on phone are great, professional, and punctual. GoogleAndrew from Greg James was by far and away the most positive and refreshing experience I have had with an estate agent, he and his colleagues are now the standard that I will use going forward to measure other agents by. Quite frankly, comparing them to my own past experiences with other agencies, the service my partner and I received from Andrew and his son Chris, has put others to shame. When viewing a property I was used to doing hours of my own homework, researching and then grilling the estate agent for all of their knowledge. This was the first time in which I had run out of questions, because there own research and knowledge of the properties they are selling are second to none. Additionally, from when we made our offer, to the moment we completed and all the weeks in between, they were thoroughly professional, available and consistent. The agent updated us numerous times throughout the process. They also followed up with us to see if they could offer us any other assistance in our property search. GoogleWe've been extremely particular about our next and forever home and we wouldn't have gotten here without Greg and his amazing team. They sold our two houses with ease, despite the limitations of the pandemic out there and they kept their cool while everything that could go wrong did go wrong (no fault of theirs, it's the crazy world we live in!) and fixed everything one by one with creative solutions for us. The journey has been longer than expected due to the lockdown but they have been by our side throughout the journey, always positive and supportive. We cannot recommend Greg James enough. Every single member of their team is very professional and friendly, we found them to be very responsive and communicative, which is exactly what you want from a good estate agent. GoogleOften buyers are frustrated by the aggressive tactics adopted by many estate agents, especially when you are the buyer. Refreshingly, Greg James seems to have found a way of being persuasive but without being pushy. The trick it seems is to treat each buyer as a human and not a bank. In particular I must commend John, who is very knowledgeable of his properties and the needs of his sellers but also listens actively to the buyer's needs, using his great sense of humour to break through any tensions and/or differences. For once I found the buying process enjoyable. I did not buy from Greg James, but I would certainly seek them out should I need to sell or buy new in future.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Greg James Estate Agents, Farnborough. Our prime contact was Jon and he was incredibly professional, friendly and always willing to help. The property itself was magnificently presented and we are very pleased with it. However, there was a problem with the previous owner not clearing away a lot of rubbish, but Greg James stepped in and immediately sorted everything out. Even though we were not the directly paying client, it shows how well Greg James performs throughout the whole process to satisfy all parties. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, either buying or selling a property.

GoogleIf you're looking for an estate agent to take the stress out of selling your home, then Greg James is the place to go - don't waste your time with other agents! Our thanks go to Greg and Jon for restoring our faith in estate agents, having made, what started out (with another agent) as a really painful process, easy. Their communication was great throughout. At no point during our sale did we feel like we couldn't pick the phone up or drop them a quick email for reassurance or to ask questions. They're understanding, extremely patient and really make sure you're kept up-to-date, which is essential. We're so pleased we chose Greg to sell our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them far and wide - thanks guys! :)
