A 5 star experience. Highly professional, friendly service by the whole team at Greg James. The process ran smoothly from valuation to viewings right through to exchange/completion. I dealt with Jon mainly, he kept in touch throughout the process, providing regular updates I had a buyer within 2 weeks of the property going on the market, and completion within 3 months. Jon was always proactive, responsive, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Greg James, my buyers also said the experience was spot on from their point of view.

I could not have asked for anything more from the team at Greg James. Our experience with them during buying a house was extremely positive, and their professionalism throughout the whole process was outstanding. During the viewing of the house, the team members were very friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy. Jon was extremely efficient in responding to our queries and requests after our offer had been accepted, and although we had a few enquiries which went back and forth with the seller a few times, Jon remained fair to both sides and his communication to us was very impressive. If he did not know the answer, Jon would find out and let us know as soon as he could. He would go out of his way to communicate with our sale side and push to keep the sale going when we were a little bit stuck. Even when he was out of office, we were still able to speak with Mike who was always helpful. I wish we could have sold our house with Greg James at Farnborough as they were a pleasure to work with.

From the day Greg Rowse came to value my property it was a no brainer. It was valued and i was given a honest market value of my home. First viewer put an offer in. Greg Rowes was so pleasant helpful and professional. Mike White. ( Greg James) Four house moves as a buyer and he excels in what he does. This whole experience has been so traumatic due to my poor choice of solicitor!!!!! My fault. Such a small chain and it has been a trauma for all involved. We’re at the end now. Mike has gone above and beyond. Choose your solicitor wisely, and in saying that having an estate agent like Mike will seriously be something you will never regret. I found a lovely flat advertised on the Greg James website. Mike arranged a viewing and he was so informative regarding the flat and all the queries I had as I hadn't rented through an agency before, he allowed me to bring a friend and even allowed me one more viewing before I made a decision. I made a booboo when changing my GJ reference code with my bank and accidently paid my rent twice in as many weeks. Mike emailed me straight away and made sure I was refunded my money asap and I was so grateful. It's so lovely to have one point contact when raising queries or issues and I'm delighted to say Mike is my point of contact.

I recently dealt with Greg James Estate Agents while trying to purchase a property, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I found them to be rude and unprofessional in their communication. At what should already be a stressful time when trying to buy a house, I felt they lacked courtesy, transparency, and basic professionalism. I do not believe they acted in the right manner during the process, and their conduct left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential buyer. Buying a home is a significant financial and emotional commitment, and I expected a much higher standard of service. Sadly, this was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
