Bunch of cowboys, running around making a mess of everywhere. They cant seem to be bothered to clean up after themselves. They just leave unused signs on the pavement, put a black bin bag on it in the vein hope the bin men will pick it up at some point in the distant future. They dont. When I asked them to clean it up, I was amazed when I see their man take the sign out of the bin bag, and threw the bag on the floor for the wind to blow about. That is littering, sir.

My partner and I were very impressed with the service provided by Greg James. Most notably Jon and Mike were excellent in communication and helped us through a difficult sale and purchase process. A very professional company with efficient processes Our experience started over a year ago when we first listed our flat in Farnborough and were able to accept an offer within 2.5 weeks of being on the market. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, our buyers had to pull their offer. Around that time, interest rates increased massively and even through we didn't get any further offers, Jon and Mike made sure that we were still getting viewings every week. We had to pull our flat off the market in October and relisted again in February. Within a month of going back on the market, we were able to accept another offer. Since then we had a lot of challenges due to a complicated chain but the team at Greg James were always there to provide their support. 4 months later, we can confirm that we have now exchanged and are able to complete this week. We will forever be grateful to the whole team at Greg James and would recommend them to anyone!

I would have no hesitation in recommending them. or using them again. We sold 2 apartments in the same block using Greg James: Greg, Jon, Connor and the team. They not only sold them for us; giving great advice but also following our instructions when we needed them to, but also went the extra mile on after sale process which is slower since covid. They chased up everyone to keep things moving and never stopped even when the process was painfully slow at times (not their fault).

I just bought my first property and it was sold with Greg James Estate Agents. The whole team are absolutely lovely but Connor was my estate agent and supported me throughout the process. He was extremely quick to reply, flexible and even allowed me an early viewing. He gave excellent advice and never made me feel naive or inexperienced, just encouraged me and helped to make the process as smooth as possible. When there were issues with solicitors both sides, he worked incredibly hard to iron the issues out and empathised with me when it was stressful. March 2025, I was desperately searching for a property to rent, came across advertisements from Greg James Estate Agents, got in touch with them, by mid April I had already received keys to the property. Swift delivery, amazing service with regular follow ups, they are awesome. Would definitely recommend them. We had a good experience with Greg James -in trying circumstances with a particularly difficult chain below us! Additionally, they managed to secure a significantly better asking/sale price than the other local estate agents we spoke to. We mainly dealt with Sandra who was always prompt to reply and chase up any queries we had. On the occasional time that Sandra was not available, there was always someone on hand to speak to (mainly Jon in our case) to pick up and answer queries for us. I can't thank Sandra enough - she was super responsive to calls/emails throughout the entire process which was incredibly refreshing, and understood the stresses we had of selling during a pandemic with a toddler and a newborn! She was one of the few people we were dealing with (multiple solicitors, developers, etc) who would let us know exactly what was happening - even if that was sometimes to say there was no update! She also did a great job with viewings and accommodating as best as she could around our work/childcare restrictions. I had the pleasure of working with Connor at Greg James for the sale of my house. From the outset, I was really impressed. They were the last of three estate agents to value the property. The pitch was great and the price, whilst not the highest of the three, was by far the most realistic which immediately gave confidence that Greg James knew and understood the local market better than the others. The property was marketed superbly, with professional photos and an excellent write-up. After four days, I accepted a full asking price offer which led to a seamless sale process, completing little more than six weeks later. My initial concerns about Connor being a trainee negotiator were completely unfounded. Our first meeting with Jon was very informative and gave us the confidence to engage Greg James as our Estate Agent. Darren had to stand in for Jon, for personal reasons, who proved just as efficient and reassuring as Jon. Due to the purchase of our new property we explained that we needed the process to go through as quickly and smoothly as possible. As soon as we had engaged Greg James the whole team pulled together giving us the reassurance and comfort factor we required. Appointments for viewings started coming in within 3 hours and our negotiations were handed to Jamie when the second viewers wanted to put in an offer. Jamie worked very hard with us to achieve the price that we were happy with accepting, resulting in the house being sold, subject to contract exactly a week after being put on the market. His guidance, cheerful manner, speed of response and patience through this process was second to none.
