My experience with Aisha and Suman was brilliant. Thank you both for a smooth hassle free transaction. It was a pleasure to deal with you both as you communicated very well, I was never pressured into anything, you guys were very honest and up front and expectations were set and met, along with finding 2 suitable candidates on the first viewing.

GoogleRebecca was absolutely brilliant! My partner and I have just started moving in together, and felt really supported by Rebecca, and were impressed by the level of service she provided us with, as well as helping us to resolve the issues we had during the process. We would definitely recommend Rebecca, and Beals for getting onto the rental market!

Esmee was so helpful in dealing with our enquiry. We are not the easiest of people but she kept her cool and showed us around the properties that were of interest. She gave us our space to have open discussions but was on hand to help with advice when it was needed.

Poor quality of service. As a landlord deciding to use Beales was a big mistake. They really don’t care about providing a quality service or supporting the landlord. If you decide to use Beales to manage your property, you will quickly learn that the most important thing to them is getting anyone into your property for the sake of securing the monthly agent fees.

Dan and Olly were extremely helpful during the process of our recent house sale. Dan sent numerous emails every day towards the end of the transaction. Constantly pushing the process forward, due to the buyers solicitors being extremely slow and inefficient. What should have been an easy no chain transaction took 6 months, it would have been longer without Beales expertise. Thanks guys.

Daniel Back has been helpful in every aspect and I can't recommend him enough. Although I haven't found the place for me yet he has been doing his utmost to point me in the right direction and has been very patient.

There was quite a few difficulties that she helped sort and worked hard all day everyday for about a week sorting them and helping my family move before our holiday!
