Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate that waiting for repairs can be frustrating. In this case, the issue required further investigation to identify the underlying cause, and contractors attended the property on more than one occasion before the matter was resolved. Whilst we understand this was not the outcome you had hoped for, we continued working with the relevant parties to ensure the repair was completed. In relation to the proposed cleaning deduction, we don't feel it would be appropriate to discuss the details of an individual tenancy in a public forum. We would, however, like to reassure readers that any proposed deposit deductions are based on documented evidence, including the condition of the property at the start and end of the tenancy, rather than being applied arbitrarily. Where there is any disagreement over a proposed deduction, tenants have the opportunity to negotiate directly with us and, if agreement cannot be reached, the matter can be referred free of charge to the tenancy deposit scheme's independent adjudication service. This ensures an impartial decision is made based solely on the evidence provided by both parties. We take all feedback seriously and continually review our service to ensure we provide the best possible experience for both our landlords and tenants. We wish you all the best for the future.
