Tracey and Joe were absolutely wonderful. Tracey provided regular updates - at least weekly, which saved me having to chase the chain. The online communication system is fantastic, all key communication with the whole chain is visible, so this helped me understand what solicitors might be waiting for and what stage we were at. I’ve bought and sold a few properties and this was by far the most efficient, professional and courteous company. Thank you!

As a one property landlord, I was looking for support with the recent changes in legislation. Having informed my tenant that I was looking to review their rent I was suddenly presented with a list issues which had never previously been raised. I had to sell my house as I lost my dad and it was an extremely hard time in my life. I chose Kings as they were local to me and I am so glad I did. Georgia was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I had never sold a property before and found the idea very daunting but she made it all so easy. The other staff at Kings I dealt with were all also so helpful and managed to find me insurance for the unoccupied property when I needed it. I have no hesitation recommending Kings. They provided an excellent service selling my property. They had a lot of challenges when trying to sell it as a result of the tenant being uncooperative at times, not allowing viewings and being argumentative at times. However, the Team at Kings, in particular Doug, Riley and Georgia, maintained a professional approach providing the tenant with reassurances about viewings and helping to maintain an effective communication with the tenant. The Team worked hard to sell the property, keeping me updated regularly and always remaining positive that a successful outcome would be achieved.

Amazing great service from the mortgage advisor Mesut - He was very informative, great with communication throughout the whole process. I don't think we would have succeeded without his service. Great knowledge and experience as a MA and would highly recommend to use if needing a mortgage or insurance. I wish I could give no stars. Worst company for student housing. Place was in an unsuitable condition when we moved in, broken bed, no curtains and the place is covered in mould everywhere. They don't care if it created health issues and take weeks to reply or fix broken items. I wouldn't recommend at all to my worst enemy. If you want to be ripped off and live in absolute dump you found the right company to rent with.

My experience with Lang Llewellyn over the past year has been nothing but positive. With their online webinair, which was clear and informative, and presented in a clear way that was easily understood. The webinair raised a few little concerns regarding my personal rental property which was followed up with a need to a follow up rental review with Elliot and Neil in the office which quickly reasured my concerns, and where my attention was needed. The most recent seminar in Redruth was very well organised and represented by the whole team which was very good, in that we had the ability to meet more members of the team and put faces to the voices you hear on the phone. From the initial greeting, with a friendly and professional interaction from all the staff members, the information from the presentation team was very clear and with many questions answered with clarity. I left the seminar feeling better informed and feeling positive that when they say they are there to answer any niggling questions I believe they are. A big well done to all at lang and llewellyn.

Lang Llewellyn manage a flat in Falmouth on behalf of my wife and me. Recently our former tenants gave notice rather unexpectedly. Llang Llewellyn handled the change of tenants very efficiently with appropriate and useful reports on the condition of the property on vacation and prompt advertising of the vacancy resulting in the property rapidly being occupied by a new tenant.
