They came out to our house within a days notice which we really did appreciate, they also gave us the home report the same day which meant we could get our house on the market that same day. The gentleman who came out was very polite as well.

The reason I’m only giving 4 stars was that we were scheduled in for 9am appointment. At 9.30 no surveyor turned up so we called to be told we weren’t in the system. Eventually someone came out at 10.45 but no apology was made for the mix up

GoogleI have used DM Hall on more than one occasion now for home reports for residential sales. I would reccomend the team in Falkirk. Joanne Taylor in the office was very helpful and David Telford the surveyor was great to deal with explaining everything I needed to know. All in all a pleasant and professional experience.

Alistair answered any questions we had with great knowledge and his team had our report back by the following day.
