Having sold through Sowerbys (Holt) we coincidentally purchased our new home via Sowerbys also, albeit a different office. With our sale we were impressed by the quality of management, communication, knowledge and drive and for our purchase it has proved to be no different. The Fakenham office was the selling agent in our case and they were quite simply, outstanding. Easy and straight forward during our bid phase, post phase they didn't let up. Katie was our point of contact post sale and she consistently liaised with all parties during the buying process. As with lots of purchases, there was the odd hiccup and hold up along the way for us, but at all points Katie and her team were on the case, keeping lines of communication open to move things along as and when needed and helping the purchase (in our case) to reach a positive conclusion. Having not previously worked with Sowerbys but now having sold and bought with them in the past few months, we really couldn't be more positive about our experiences with them. Given the choice, we really can't envisage wanting to work with another Estate agent should we happen to step on to the property carousel again in the future.

From the first tentative discussion to the key handover on Completion, the Fakenham Sowerbys team were an example of consummate professionalism.
