TrustpilotIf you want the best choose Just Property
If you are looking for a very professionally run company where all staff work together as a team and fees are very competitive choose Just Property. From the first time l visited the office to the completion date whenever l phoned or emailed I was treated with respect and professionalism. I am so glad I used you to sell my Dad's house. Special thanks to Izzey and Tom and Ben, who was amazing. Hilary Constable.

TrustpilotGoing the extra mile!
Jim and the team went beyond the call of duty in helping me liaise with the vendor once I'd found the house I wanted to buy. House buying is rarely straightforward and the team at Just Property were always helpful, friendly and efficient. Thanks for everything!
Thank you for your kind words about Jim, we appreciate the review!

TrustpilotCustomer service stinks!!!
All I read is about selling and buying and how good they are. Nope, I am sorry. Yes they will give you a good service off selling or buying a property because they get a lot of money out of it. But when renting through them they have the baddest customer service with that. I mean even if I rent why still not giving me the same service that you giving to someone that buys a house. Never calling back let someone else pick up the phone on your behalf because they are to scared to talk to you. Telling me that you will get me something else to stay in and that there is still time to get something else. Egnoring my phone calls. All of us we go to the same toilet or how can I say it, we also do the same thing on a toilet. Why would your @h#t be better than mine. Maybe stinks more than mine yes. But that does not make you better. Work on your customer service even if we only rent. I could rent till I find something I want to buy. I thought that Just property will be diffrent than other renting places. Very disappointed. Something to work on!!!
Thank you for your review, but it looks like you are based in South Africa and must have us confused with a South African company with the same name. We are based in Hastings, Uk. We do not deal with lettings at all, only sales. Please could you remove your review as it is not about our company. Thanks very much

I recently had the pleasure of working alongside the team at Just Property Estate Agents on a property staging project, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish.

TrustpilotJust Property Fantastic Estate agents
Just Property were a fantastic agent throughout the whole process of my recent sale and purchase of homes. From the very beginning, Austin who valued my property was spot on with his assessment and offered invaluable advice on how best to present the house for viewings and pictures. Kyle, Izzy and all else in the office were always so helpful and kept us well informed throughout the whole process and really pushed things along any time they began to stagnate. Thank you to all at Just property for everything, I will definitely use again.

We have just sold our house with Just Property and they have been absolutely brilliant. Everyone goes the extra mile to make the whole selling experience as smooth as possible. Right from the first valuation meeting and throughout the whole conveyancing process the Just Property team were enthusiastic and tenacious in progressing our sale to completion. We were kept fully informed every step of the way and we really cannot recommend them highly enough. We are so grateful for all their care and expertise - they are the best!

I used Just Property for the sale of my late mother's property. From the off they were very confident and enthusiastic about finding a buyer, and I wasn't disappointed - within a very short time of marketing the house they told me they had a buyer.Obviously Covid caused things to slow down somewhat, but Ben and the team regularly kept me updated and informed, and were always able to answer any questions I had.

They are respectful, Tai and Mpho Meso were efficient in assisting me with everything, including the processing of my deposit. I like their client portal which shows all invoices, payments made and status of account. They paid my deposit within 30 days, all of it. Very impressive.

TrustpilotOutstanding Service
From initial valuation to final exchange of contracts on my home, Just Property have been outstanding, offering a level of customer care and professionalism I thought had disappeared long ago. I had the misfortune of being part of a lengthly chain which Just Property managed, calmed, chased and brought to exchange in an admirable fashion, keeping me abreast of all I needed to know and nothing that I didn't, making the highly stressful operation of buying and selling a house as pain free as possible. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe had registered with the Hastings office, but decided to pop up to Fairlight to introduce ourselves. A chat with Colin resulted in our being advised about a property on the market but through another agent and a new home for us (although it's still early days in negotiations.) Many thanks Colin!
