GoogleI moved the management of my properties to Winkworth in October 17, and the improvement from the last agent's "service" is so great that there is no comparison. I only wish that I had made the change before.

GoogleAbsolutely delighted! What a refreshing change to have my Estate Agent understand my situation, tell me what I really needed to do to present my property at it's best and get it on the market within a few days. A couple of weeks later, they had agreed a sale and we have now moved into our new home, I just only wish we could have bought through Winkworth too!

GoogleI wouldn't use them again and I'd recommend students to stay clear, they were rude and assisted the landlord in unlawfully trying to take our deposit, in the end we had to get the tenancy deposit scheme involved who ruled heavily I'm our favor

Any questions I have had have been responded to promptly. I can highly recommend Winkworth.

GoogleI have been using Winkworth to let my property for the past year and they have done a wonderful job. They have consistently exceeded my expectations in terms of the service they provide. Natalie (property manager) has been super and has always kept in touch about any potential issues and has sorted them before they have arisen fully. I couldn't recommend Winkworth Exeter highly enough.
