Winfields is a family run firm of Chartered Surveyors, Estate and Letting Agents based in South Devon, covering Torbay, South Hams and Teignbridge. We provide specialist advice and a personal service on all property matters with the aim of finding the most practical and cost effective solution to your problem. Established in 1998, we have been successfully serving clients from both the private and commercial sectors throughout the South West for many years. As a multi-disciplinary practice, we feel that we differ from other agencies in the way that we work. We pride ourselves in our open and honest approach when offering advice to our clients. It goes without saying that client satisfaction is our primary driver and we will always endeavour to treat you with the utmost courtesy and respect. Our team of property agents and building surveyors have specialist knowledge in a number of industry related areas, which means we can offer a wealth of experience and practical advice to our clients at all times.

GoogleThroughout my dealings with Louis Craggs, who was property Manager for the house I rented, I always found him to be very professional, helpful, polite and he quickly and efficiently responded to any issues I raised - equally important as a tenant, I found him to be very pleasant and friendly.

GoogleWe have rented this house for 8/9 years and never had a problem with manning stainton. Since Louis has taken management of our property things have been a lot faster and more efficient. He is very polite and always quick at replying to emails and sorting any problems we have.

GoogleIf they treat their tenants the way they treat their prospective tenants then we’ve dodged a bullet. Lied to me on the phone and then never called us back. Previously offered callbacks never upheld. Shockingly ran, and from speaking to other people in the Whitley Bay area they’ve had similar experiences. Steer clear.
