Winfields is a family run firm of Chartered Surveyors, Estate and Letting Agents based in South Devon, covering Torbay, South Hams and Teignbridge. Established in 1998, we have been successfully serving clients from both the private and commercial sectors throughout the South West for many years. As a multi-disciplinary practice, we feel that we differ from other agencies in the way that we work. We pride ourselves in our open and honest approach when offering advice to our clients. GoogleJust got the keys to our first rental property, Catherine Downs liaised with us while we were going through the application and referencing she has been really helpful with answering all our questions and providing information, super polite and cheery when we spoke on the phone and in person when we collected our keys. GooglePaulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.
