Recently, we have purchased our new family home via Vickery's l, and we are very happy with how Jordan has helped us on this journey. Clear communication with no requests ever being an issue. Buying and selling a house is not straightforward, and when the sale of our previous house fell through, Jordan helped us to negotiate with the previous owner to have more time to find another buyer. Nothing was ever a hassle, and the advice and assistance provided were always of the highest standards.We would recommend Vickery's to anyone based on their professionalism and care for both parties. Thanks to the Vickery’s team!

The Vickerys team were all really helpful during our house buying process and we’re always responsive to our requests and questions. Jordan provided regular updates on the house purchase leading up to exchange and Sophie was always happy and on hand to to arrange our viewings and follow up visits that were requested. On the exchange of contracts day there was a lot of activity from others in the chain and lots of requests to us with regard to our sellers and their solicitors, during all, this Sarah was really helpful with assisting the process and exchange was successfully completed. Fingers crossed completion happens smoothly!

Head and Shoulders above the rest

We were viewing properties in the Camberley area via a selection of Agents.We had viewed several houses with different agents and both the houses and agents were uninspiring. So, feeling rather dubious about the 2 remaining viewings with a different agent, Vickery, we were greeted at the first property by Lewis Careford.Wow, what a difference. We were very impressed with his local knowledge, naming specific roads that would be of interest to us and the open and honest conversations we engaged in.When showing us around he presented the houses with such genuine enthusiasm you would have thought it was his own house.Lewis was a genuine breath of fresh air.I would have no reservations about buying or selling a house through Lewis. A true professional and a really nice chap too.

Vickery Frimley, good job!

I found the team at Vickery Frimley to be excellent through the purchase of our new home. Although they were not working for us, they were very helpful and supportive through the whole process, checked in regularly, kept us informed with updates as they came through. Vickery was one of several Agents contacted during our house search process. I have to mention Steve Payne as our principle in finding said property. I'm sure I must have spoken to others at their Lightwater office but it was Steve that led the way in viewing and his personality and representaions were first class. This was a positive start, his manner maintaining a firm professional standing. This led to further contact by phone, always helpful, leading to second viewing which clinched our subsequent offer. Having only dealt with Steve over this period I have been delighted and impressed by his service.

Professional service.From the moment Edward came and valued our house, I knew we were in good hands. We chose the all in one package and everything was so simple and organised to be under one umbrella. Our Thursday update from Tadgh was great, even if nothing had happened it was just nice to be “kept in the loop”. From Marketing to completion everything was handled professionally and I cannot thank the staff enough.
