Did well particularly when dealing with a very difficult buyer who proved very difficult to correspond with and continuously attempted to move the goal posts. Nicky did very well in dealing with the buyer and kept me in touch with developments as they happened. Finally a pleasing result which was obviously hard to achieve.

The viewing was punctual and conducted with care for the vendors property which is how it should be.Lewis who conducted the viewing was helpful and answered most of the questions raised. He offered to find out if answers could not be provided but these questions were minor and not particularly important so it was left that we would call back if more information was required.

We recently purchased our first home in Lightwater through Vickey. We have been extremely impressed with the service, especially from Lana Baker, the agent who was managing the transaction. She kept us informed and updated by email and telephone at every milestone. Buying our first home was a daunting endevour, which Lana and the rest of the team at Vickery, have made seamless and far less stressful than we imagined it would be.
