Although the whole process was stressful due to a number of outside influences and chains falling down I cannot fault the guys at Vickery in Frimley. They were always available at the end of the phone. They rang every week with updates, whether there were any or not. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Estate Agent.

Poor experience and negotiated our exchange and completion directly through the seller

Misled by Vickery throughout the process. Having lost our previous property with a baby due in October we were delighted to be advised by Vickery that the seller of house we were purchasing was already almost at exchange and it would be a separate chain completing in August. This couldn't have been more wrong. Jamie from Vickery was Impossible to get hold of, never called back, when we did speak to Him we were given wrong info or info wasn't passed between us and our seller. We were being told that we were holding up exchange when our sellers seller wasn't ready to exchange or complete! Our buyer was threatening to pull out. Eventually we asked to view the property again and fortunately met our seller and negotiated from there. Even once we had agreed exchange and completion Vickery weren't aware of this! Eventually emailed the director directly and finally moved! Terrible and stressful experience!

I was struggling to find the right fit for me.

I was finding it hard to find the right place for myself and a freind. We couldn't find one that was the right fit for us, however we then received a phone call from Hasan. He was instrumental in our decision making, he showed his knowledge on the flat we visited and a great welcoming, professional attitude. In light of this excellent experience vickery and Hasan gave me, I would recommend both the organisation and himself to a freind or family member.

First class Lettings Dept.!

I have always used Vickery for house purchase & sales, & for managing 2 rental properties over the years. Service is brilliant - the Lettings Dept are always ahead of any situation, find tenants really fast & leave me with absolutely nothing to do regarding managing my rental property, which is great as I am often out of the country. Everyone is friendly & totally professional - any query is answered instantly. Bridget & Karen handle everything with cheerfulness & assuredness, & the staff dealing with tenant-finding have been excellent as well. Thank you!

Excellent Service at Vickery Estate Agents

I was rather convinced that buying a property on my own for the first time was going to be a daunting and complicated process. Having seen the property I really wanted, I found myself dealing with two agents at Vickery Estate Agents, mainly Evie Barwick, supported by Adi Mulholkar. Highly professional and efficient, I could not have been better looked after from the start to the completion of the sale. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Evie, she communicated regularly with me and was always on hand to explain the process whenever I needed. When she was away, she handed me over to Adi who provided a seamless transition of communication and the same courteous support. Even when a problem arose with the sale which provoked circumstances beyond our control, (nothing to do with Vickery), they were on hand to provide support to ensure myself and the people who were selling the house to me were kept up to speed and thus reduced the stress for everyone at a time when it really mattered. I would definitely recommend Vickery Estate Agents and am so grateful to Evie and Adi for their integrity and knowledge in providing such a professional and personal level of service.

We had the house on the market for 2 days before an offer was accepted by us.

We had the house on the market for a very short time before we received an offer so can not fully comment on how the long term viewings/appointments would have worked. But on the flip side of that we had a very difficult buyer and they had an even more difficult and challenging Solicitor, so for us and SAM and CHARLIE it has been a long and fairly stressful sale. However, they kept us fully informed all the time, did whatever they could to put themselves in the middle of the situation to act as sounding boards for all parties and eventually we have secured an exchange and completion. So hats off to SAM and CHARLIE for a great job and for looking after me when I was in the office in tears when the co pletion fell through 4 times. They were brilliant and we can not thank them enough.

The question above asks if I would recommend this company to anyone. I can't speak for the rest of your company but if Sam and Charlie are typical employees then I would certainly recommend Vickery Estate Agents.We sold our house after numerous viewings but throughout it all Sam remained confident of a successful outcome and never once stopped doing his best to gain that elusive sale. Most of the viewings were carried out by Charlie and his dedication and enthusiasm never wained. When we considered trying another agent Sam persuaded us to stick with Vickery at a lower price and that was undoubtedly sound advice.Sam and Charlie worked really well together as a team and are a credit to Vickery and themselves.Kind regards,Gordon Kerr

Stuart and James Lightwater office.

Just sold my house with Vickery Lightwater, James and Stuart are worth their weight in gold. I have had a lot of bad experiences with estate agents but theses guys are a breath of fresh air nothing was too much trouble, they were on top of everything and kept us up to date. They were honest and had a good idea of the property's in the area and managed to get us the highest price much more than the other estate agents quoted and got it quickly. I no longer live in the area but I wouldn't even bother with any other estate agents in the future and would just use Vickerys, would recommend to anyone.

We have had a positive experience with vickery in fleet when selling a property in the past, so did not hesitate in choosing them again. We are so glad we made that decision. From the quick viewings, to the quick offer and updates about progression of sale we have had a great experience with the team. Vickery Estate Agents - You would be mad to go elsewhere

I have bought & sold many houses in my lifetime and have no qualms about recommending Vickery Estate Agents. No fancy chat, no outlandish promises. Vickery staff have an honest approach, which in my mind manages expectations. Staff are attentive and answer calls and emails in a timely manner, assuring you are kept up-to-date with progression. I chose the All-in-One service, which was excellent. Lawyers handling the sale work hand-in-hand with Vickery ensuring everything runs smoothly. Good job done, sale done and completion date all in 8 weeks.

The service we received was great

The service we received was great however with a few tweaks the services would have been perfect! We were given conflicting information about who had been living in the property beforehand, which wasn't an issue for us just a bit confusing! However their process was very quick and were able to help us a get deal as this was our first house purchase. They were always availble to call if needed, always answered our questions or got back to us with the relevant answers and were very accommodating to us viewing the property multiple times before purchase.

Highly Professional Service

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Vickery Estate Agents when they sold my house - They had two viewings within about two hours of my appointing them! From appointment to completion took six months, through Covid and two buyer withdrawals (both times they had new potential buyers ready to view within hours). Even at the height of the lockdown, they kept in contact at least once a week. Highly Recommended.

Letting and property sale

Have recently used Vickery-Camberley for both letting and subsequently selling my property. Both these processes were made incredibly smooth by the professional and efficient staff. Excellent communication and updates were really appreciated especially as I am currently residing overseas. There are always cheaper alternatives, but you get what you pay for, and with Vickery you get an excellent service made all the easier and without the stress due to their experience and knowledge of the local property market.

Victorious Vickery!

We chose Vickery as they were the most positive, confident and knowledgable of 3 other agents in regards to the house and it’s sale. They also gave us the highest market value estimate by far and despite the other agents saying this was a tactic it turned out to be spot on and we near enough got the asking price! All the way through the process they’ve been “on it” and communication has been good. Thoroughly recommended!
