Brilliant all in one service

When I was looking for professionalism,individual attention,value for money, attention to detail, professional photographs of my property and an "all in one" (sales/EPC/Conveyancing) service, then I looked no further than Vickery Estate Agents. They did exactly what was "written on the tin". I couldn't fault them at all. The company is all about service. Phoning me regularly to make sure I was up to date with the progress they were making. House moving as we know is very stressful but their attentiveness really helped me stay calm! I would highly recommend Vickery Estate Agents.

I bought, rented and sold my previous home, a flat, and bought my current home, a detached 4-bed house, and have taken numerous advice over the years from Vickery & Co.Firstly, they are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the local property market. That's not surprising because of their high staff retention: Every time I come back to them many of the same folks are there - also indicating a well run, pleasant place for the staff.They were always courteous and professional while at the same time relaxed; exactly what you need for a stressy time in your life.The response times for interactions and queries were superb; at no time in any of the transactions was there any delay from Vickery & Co. The managed service for rental was a major winner for me as I run a business and couldn't be a landlord at the same time. The tenants were delighted with the service and that kept me free to get on with my day job.If you want service then go with an agent that's local with the knowledge and experience. Spare yourself the research time - Vickery's have it in spades.

Fleet office experience

We got in touch with the Fleet office to view a rental property as we were looking to move somewhere bigger. Only I could attend the viewing due to my partners work commitments and I met Sarah who showed me round. She is informative, pleasant and I felt well informed about the property so I could paint a picture of what it was like to my partner. We agreed to put an offer in which was accepted the same day and Sarah as kept up contact since. Thank you for making the process so simple and stress free.

Superb service in a difficult market

We needed a quick sale in a marketplace that was unpredictable and sensitive to economic pressures. They gave frank and sound advice and I was pleased with the number of viewings generated, especially pro-actively and not just through online property sites.The team in Farnborough (Jamie and Nicki in particular) are a credit to the company, always polite and courteous and accommodating even when the pressure is on.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Honestly, any other agent is going to be very hard pressed to measure up against them.

Very Professional and efficient from start to finish. I had previously dealt with their Associate Director Richard Orme and then James Dickson Lettings Department Manager on a successful letting. The subsequent sale was handled again by Richard Orme. We agreed upon a fair asking price and despite lower offers initially the sales team negotiated its way to the asking price keeping me promptly appraised at every step. The buyers credentials were checked and the sale swiftly concluded via Vickery's in house solicitors.
