GoogleThis team were just amazing, nothing was too much bother, they not only removed an old washing machine, but plumed ours in, and went above and beyond by helping to get our fridge freezer into our new property. They did all of this with good humour. They kept us up to date throughout the process of buying, I would highly recommend them

GoogleVery disappointed after travelling nearly 12 hours round trip to view property but as I was 10 minutes late arriving at park home site and problems finding property could not view as sales person had to leave but did not think to phone so I found out after phoning the office. !! Have been told I am blacklisted for complaining after sales person said they waited 30 minutes. and I said they were not there as I was opposite the property before 20 past.
I am also extremely disappointed to read your review and that you felt compelled to write this review given your repeated harassment of both me and my staff. As I discussed with you on the phone on 25th July we have done a thorough investigation into the matter which uncovered the following: You called our office on Saturday at 11:15am (15 minutes after your appointment was scheduled) to say you were running late and you couldn’t find the property. Our member of staff spent 7 minutes on the call to you to help give you directions to the property from another area of the village and in that time he can be heard repeatedly trying to politely end the call requesting to make a call to our viewing assistant (who was patiently waiting at the property) to help find you and escort you to the property but, instead you kept him on the call. We called you at 11.26am and did not get through and at 11:27am you rang back to say you had finally arrived at the property at which point our call handler rang our viewing assistant who said to pass the message on that unfortunately he had to leave for another appointment as this had ran on past the viewing allocation considerably and had to get to his next appointment. On that phone call you were also offered another appointment time later on the same day at 3pm which you said no to. In fact you proceeded to ask about another property for sale with us and expressed an interest to see this one instead as you were discounting the one you were due to see from the outside of the property looking in through the windows it was not adequate. To conclude we have spent a total of 64 minutes on calls with you over the last 2 days which can only be described as continuous harassing and tormenting of our colleagues even after presenting you with the evidence of time stamped phone calls. So yes, therefore, as a duty of care to our staff we have requested that you do not communicate with our company again. We wish you all the best with your search. GoogleI moved into a property sold by Underhill shortly before Christmas 2019. The experience with them was refreshingly good - - unlike a lot of the other estate agents in St Thomas. Ben and the team were quick, friendly and efficient throughout making the entire moving process as pain free as possible.

GoogleUnderhills have been brilliant and I received 2 good offers within two weeks of being on the market and had agreed a sale at a price I was very happy with. Unfortunately due to unforeseen personal circumstances I have had to take the flat off the market but I would still highly recommend them and will use them in the future as I felt they gave a realistic sales/marketing figure compared to other agents that came out to quite but also offered a competitive price for their services. Cannot thank Ben enough for keeping me updated through the process and providing feedback on viewings, and for all the advice and help, even out of standard office hours. Thank you team, look forward to selling my flat through them in the future and would highly recommend them.

From the first meeting Andy was friendly, helpful and honest and let us know exactly what we could expect with regards to the selling process. The whole team were always prepared to go way above and beyond the help I would have expected from an estate agent, and were always on hand to deal with enquiries as they came up. We approached Underhill as they have a great reputation locally and we were definitely not disappointed with their excellent local knowledge and understanding of the market. we have had bad experiences in the past with other estate agents in the area, and were so happy to find a trustworthy and reliable team.
