I cannot recommend Underhill's enough. Went well above the call of duty and above and beyond all expectations. They sold me for a great price and helped me through the whole process. Even coming up trumps in my hours of need when I had no one else to turn to. Taking me to an emergency doctors and dealing with awkward situations I found myself in. Andy, I have gotten to know very well and as a ex police officer is compassionate and the support that he gave me through the whole process really showed.

All I would say is that if you are selling a low value property (like a holiday lodge), beware. Service was ok, felt bugged at times. If you find your own buyer, make sure you leave enough time after serving notice before you go into a private transaction. They obviously have contracts to protect them (and I understand this) but I feel like I have been robbed of £3k, as I found my own buyer

I bought it through Underhill 13 years ago, and had an excellent experience with them back then as a buyer, so I turned to them this time to sell. They know Exeter and its housing market really well, and I have found the whole Underhill team very supportive, quick to respond to anything I needed or asked of them, and professional in all aspects of this sale from start to finish - from quoting, choosing a sensible sale price strategy, marketing, and organising viewings - all of which got me an offer at the full asking price in just one week - to shepherding and steering me, my buyers (and our solicitors!) through to completion. Mainly dealt with Andy here who has been brillaint very informative and always had time to talk to us, however all staff here have been lovely!
