I was moving from Buckinghamshire to Exeter and wanted a Park Home, Andy went out of his way to find me the right park home in a good location. I have a small camper van and most parks won’t allow camper vans, but Andy found me two to choose from. The whole process went really smoothly once I found the right place for me, the whole team were amazing in person, emails and on the phone, communication and help were top priority for them. Even after moving in they helped with a couple of issues for me. I would highly recommend Underhill Estate agents if you want the professional, friendly and personal touch. Thanks.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Andy and the team at Underhill Estate Agents when I sold my house in Exeter. Andy gave sensible advice about the asking price and was able to arrange for some decorating and maintenance jobs to be done to maximise the house's appeal to prospective buyers. Andy quickly secured an offer at the asking price. When it became clear that there was a delay at the buyer's end, Andy stepped in to get things rapidly back on track to complete the sale. Based on the service I received, I would recommend that anyone selling their house should do so with Underhills.

Andy and his team are truly fantastic. I highly recommend them I have been meaning to write this review for some time, but have struggled with putting my fingers to the keyboard; my apologies to you all at Underhills as you secured my sale allowing me buy my new home and have something for my family to focus on. Basically for all of you reading, during my sale I went in to early labour, my children were born far to early, and had to fight for their lives; sadly one did not make it. Buying and selling is stressful enough, Andy and his team, were amazing, throughout this process they worked in the back ground with my parents and all involved to keep and progress the sale whilst we lived in intensive care. I cannot thank Underhills or recommend them enough. Chose a rival agent but after eight months our Park Home was not sold. Changed to Underhills and within three weeks we had at least four viewings with two definites to buy. The home sold on the Thursday with all the paperwork completed by Saturday and we completed and exchanged the following Thursday. What can I say, if I could give more stars I would! After what should of been a chain free, cash purchase and so easy, sadly it was one of the most difficult and stressful moves for both myself and Underhill. BUT I can tell you that Andy and the team were absolutely superb and professional all the way through, nothing was a problem for them and they went above and beyond to get me moved into my forever home! Can't thank them enough and (not that I am!) if I ever needed to move again I would choose Underhill's in a heartbeat! Honestly best estate agents EVER

I was very impressed at his level of knowledge and the way he looked out for my interest regardless of his own. The most horrendous experience as a buyer. If you can avoid purchasing a property from this agent do it. I was promised a quick purchase as I was stuck in an expensive rental with two children and a dog after my other purchase fell through. They made it clear that a 6 week completion could be achievable, nearly 4 months later I get a call from the agent to say they didn't realise there was probate at top of chain and it would be at least 3 months and claimed they knew nothing about it even though they are the agent acting for everyone in chain. Awful awful experience, so unprofessional every time I asked for an update they would either lie or not get their facts straight. I have lost thousands of pounds because of their intent or incompetence. It has been a really hard year for our family just to made so much harder because of this agent which has almost pushed me and by family to breaking point.
