GoogleCannot praise Michael enough. Helped Dad sell his house with wasn’t in the best condition. But Michael told us not to worry. Not living in the area we were worried it would be too much for Dad to show potential buyers. Not a problem the staff organised all the viewings. Every time we were in contact we always got a fast response. They aren’t all like that. Very professional and caring. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe sell of our house with NJR seemed never ending but this was all to do with circumstances out of everyone's control. We can't however praise NJR enough, everyone that we dealt with were brilliant, we were kept in formed of developments throughout, during which for us was a stressful time. We felt confident that NJR were doing all that they could to keep things on track and moving in the right direction and thankfully we got there in the end!

GoogleNaomi J Ryan are fantastic from start to finish. They really care about their clients & this shows, they all go out of their way to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. They have a really experienced small team so you always deal with someone you know who can help you straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them & would always use them for selling future properties.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service, my husband, my baby and i viewed a property that naomi j ryan advertised. We submitted our application, we were then told that the landlord wanted to have other people to view the property before they made a decision. Instead of a yes or no we were left in the limbo for a week and a half to be told a no. We don't think it is acceptable to let customers wait that length of time for a decision. It is a bit like (i work in retail) two people wanting the same dress which is the same size , its the only one and we have to decide who is getting a dress telling them they have to wait a week to see if they are ones getting the dress. Then telling both they can't have the dress. We were told they will phone us at certain times and never did. Leaving us to do the chasing and wasting our time. Will not be using Naomi J Ryan again.

GoogleChoosing the best estate agent is always a challenge, but the experience that I had with Naomi Ryan means that I can wholeheartedly recommend them for many reasons. Michael ( my agent) was so honest, friendly and helpful throughout every stage of the sale, (yes, I am talking about estate agents!). Whilst he was away on holiday every person in the office, who answered the phone knew all about the sale of the property and were extremely helpful and exceptionally efficient. They won't negotiate on their costs, but ' you only get what you pay for,' seems rather appropriate here. If you want a hassle free sale, you can trust Naomi Ryan to make it as ' pain free' as possible! If I sold again, they would be my first choice.

I was really impressed with the personable, friendly and efficient manner in which all of our conversations, queries and transactions were handled. Such a breath of fresh air and so welcome at what can be a stressful time. I have already been telling others how impressed I am with this estate agent.

GoogleWe sold our house through Naomi J Ryan. Lots of useful advice was given by Michael. He is truly professional and polite. The communication between us is so efficient. I got confirmation and reminders before the viewings and feedback after straightforward. They tried their best to makes sure that there are no missing viewings or potential buyers. We are satisfied with Naomi throughout the whole selling process. Great work and the best Estate agents I ever met.

The team were so helpful, efficient, always on end of phone, could speak with anyone and they could all deal with any problem or negotiation. A process that can be challenging was made far less so by the calm and friendly approach of the staff. Always responding quickly to enquiries (and in my case some bizarre requests!) I would recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use their services again.
