Right from the word go, they were friendly, gave us the right honest advice on pricing our home for a sale, unlike another agent. Feedback on each viewing is collated on an easy to access link. They sold our home in less than a month. They were so helpful, supportive and proactive to get the exchange of contracts completed despite a tricky chain. Highly recommend them. Every single person who works there is great but special praise for Michael Jones and Rachael Gore who are exceptionally kind with outstanding communication.

GoogleNot great if I'm being honest and Estate Agents wonder why no one trusts them. I arranged and went to view a property in Cranbrook on a shared ownership scheme. This was all fine and no issues however the viewing was conducted by someone who didn't really have any knowledge of the property as she wasn't someone who normally conducted viewings. After trying to make an offer and applying I was informed that someone else had made an offer and it was the policy to continue viewings until Livewest confirmed an application. At no point in the two/three weeks prior did Naiomi J Ryan see it appropriate to mention that someone had already made an offer on this house. Its the lack of transparency not the fact someone else had already made an offer. Michael did politely explain take the time to explain this however their colleague was less than forthcoming and clearly saw it as not their problem. Bearing in mind my parents are also in the market for a new house in the Exeter area (above £1M) and we have viewed other properties, this has made them reconsider any further properties marketed by this estate agent and I think you need to carefully consider the level of service and transparency they wish to provide.
We are really sorry that your experience of our company lead to a feeling of a lack of transparency from us. This is something that would never have been intentional. We do understand how the process and application process for a shared ownership property can be frustrating and competitive at times. We would always welcome the opportunity to assist you in the future, with the intention of demonstrating our service in full.

They were always available by phone or email for questions and updates. They appeared to find the right balance between working on my behalf and encouraging the eventual buyer into the sale. GoogleExcellent experience as buyers, Naomi, Michael, Rachel and Samantha were all very helpful, professional and willing to go above and beyond to assist on all matters. Despite our purchase turning out to be a very long process (due to reasons beyond our control), this company were on hand to update and action at all times. GoogleWe have recently moved into our new house which was sold to us through Naomi J Ryan Estate Agents and I cannot recommend them enough. I was primarily dealt with by Sam who was brilliant, I always felt kept in the loop and replies to any of my queries were so quick and informative. One of the things I loved most about this estate agents is how all of the team there are so invested in their clients and I could call or email even when Sam wasn't available and found the same level of care was given to me from other members of the team, in particular Micheal and Rachael who were lovely. Everyone really went the extra mile and I really enjoyed interacting with the team!

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Sam and all the team at Naomi J Ryan; they are superb professionals! Selling our family home has not been easy - I don’t suppose the business of buying and selling property ever is - but I have been buoyed up and supported by everyone at this fabulous company every step of the way. Just for some context, I live in Wales and obviously the house I was selling on behalf of my widowed Mum was in Exeter -125 miles apart - but even when things got sticky (foam in roof 🤬) and some tradespeople let us down, Sam and the team kept me going with their positivity and concrete help. Nothing was too much trouble and I never once felt that I was just a sale to push through. Quite the contrary. One of the uplifting things about the whole rather sad process of selling a much loved family home following the death of a dearly loved Dad has been how many fabulous people I’ve met along the way. Sam, Michael, Rachael and Gemma are right up at the top of my list. Thank you you for all you have done. I won’t forget it. If I had another property to sell I wouldn’t entrust it to anyone else than Naomi J Ryan Estate Agents.

Any contact I have made has been responded to really quickly and nothing has been too much trouble. I hope to be in my current home for a long time, but should I need to move again in the future I would happily use Naomi J Ryan.

GoogleChoosing an agent for the sale of our house proved easy. We drew up a shortlist, and when she visited Sam was the best-prepared by a distance besides being 100% professional and friendly. We were not disappointed. Throughout the sales process, Sam, Rachael, and Naomi were all brilliant at keeping us informed and (even more importantly) helping to move things forward - solicitors aren't always very quick! They are always on the ball and when they say they'll do something they genuinely do it. They sold my mum's property for me and I am convinced that if it hadn't been for them the sale would still be pending!
