My experience of dealing with Knights, T/A Integra, for a simple remortgage, was horrific. A catalogue of errors. I had to complain. As did my mortgage advisor. Firstly, they never uploaded the info I completed diligently and returned between Christmas and New Year. Secondly, I received my remortgage offer in very early January. I had to chase them later in the month for an update as there was no progress on their portal. They admitted having received my information but it just hadn’t been inputted on to the system. They then said I could sign digitally (which I was happy with) to speed things up. I received an email with a link to the Land Registry site. Spent ages signing up and then the code Knights had sent didn’t work. I then spent hours on the phone on hold before I was able to speak with someone to try and resolve this issue. I was told I’d need to sign the mortgage deed in wet ink. I asked for a hard copy to be sent in the post, but they refused and so I printed a copy and signed and had it witnessed and returned it by special delivery. Heard nothing again, so spent another few hours on hold trying to speak with someone. I was then informed my printer had printed in the incorrect format. I asked for a copy to be sent in the post. It was received and I was just about to have my signature witnessed again, when I received an email from my mortgage broker (who had been contacted by the lender) that the certificate of title (and the mortgage deed) didn’t contain my middle name. I complained again in absolute frustration. I was told a new mortgage deed would be sent to be received the following day. Yes. It was. But without my middle name…..again. I’m the end, I decided to insert my middle name manually and get my neighbour (who was witnessing my signature) to initial the manual amendment, as I also did. The incompetence of this business is astounding, but it’s never surprising when profits mean more than the customer and very low paid staff with high case loads are employed to deal with matters with which they don’t have the experience to deal.Avoid, like the plague. I must have spent at least 24 hours of my time trying to resolve the mess they caused.

Fantastic experience with Knights, specifically Tianey Pierce and Lucy McKenna. Great communication, speedy processing and quick to respond and reassure with queries, which was especially helpful due to purchasing a new build and part-exchanging on my property. Easy to use app and digital signing tools. Highly recommend.

Knights has done the job very well, and all team members were regulalry co-ordinating, communication, and chcking in with me on the update, and statuses, from end to end process perspective, there is little more opportunity for developer not to push solicitor for immediate closure after agreed timelines, but knigts did not pass on pressure on me rather pushed back.

Me and my partner have been through the process of buying a new build property, under the shared ownership scheme, meaning we are first time buyers! Very new and very confused to the whole property ladder jazz. Thankfully and greatfully we was assigned Helen Martin-Bell and Carole-Anne Graton at Knights PLC Nottingham.This whole process was a stressful 7 months, and the only grace we had was these two ladies! They had everything on key, everything on point and everything laid out for us in a way that it was easy for us to understand this process without having any knowledge to it. We couldn’t have asked for a better service , the consistency, the updates we received was top! Anything they heard from the development from the property, they informed us right away either email or called. They both made things happen and even fought our corner if something wasn’t up to there standard. We will certainly being using knights in the future for any more legal processes and we just hope we get these two ladies again, the service is great; the amount we spoke with Helen, it feels like we lost a Limb, we was that informed with everything We thank all of the team at knights making the process of buying our first home together easy on there behalf.

The handling by Knights, and by Julia Suarez in particular, firstly of our purchase of a cottage in Devon, and then the conveyance of our leasehold property in Surrey could not be faulted. Advice and instructions were communicated clearly and were always helpful and positive. Both transactions were completed within agreed time scales, and within cost estimates. Michael and Kathy.

Thieving criminals. Overcharged for minimal work to the result of over £1200 for only 1 weeks work after sale of house did not go ahead due to unfortunate circumstances and the buyer withdrew. No communication or results from the company in that time apart from them over inflating the bill and resulting in overcharging me for them producing nothing.

I have received terrible treatment from this solicitor. They admitted to avoiding my phone calls and emails for months, and when creating their timelines, they missed deadlines by months. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I would never recommend anyone to use this firm. STAY AWAY !!!. I'm about to make a formal complaint

Absolutely brilliant service recieved from L Nunns and Co. Initially chosen by my mum for sale of her property, when I had 5o take over responsibility, they advised what was needed and were there to support and make things as easy as possible for me. If I had any questions if I couldn't get hold of them at time of call, they would always get back to me the same day so I never felt I was being ignored or kept out of the loop.I would highly recommend .

PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company to purchase a house!!! absolutely terrible service from Jonathan towards us as first-time buyers and even towards the selling party. They do not have the manners to even contact you at all throughout this whole process even now to date we are chasing Jonathan to complete papers to send to a management company of our flat. the completion has been done in July 2021 and to this day am still chasing them I think the only time I have spoken to this man is when obviously the completion was to be done and money had to be transferred. since June I cannot pay service charges to the management company as even they are chasing him to transfer the papers/account. I'm am fed up to the point I will contact the acting body to get this dealt with.

Very unimpressive and painfully slow conveyancing team. Asked to supply simple details which were clearly ignored for many business days given the request for more info after it was finally looked at. Further delays resulted in 3 weeks wasted in the process resulting in unnecessary additional stress and a potential break in the chain.
