Extortionate fees for advice that supposedly comes from a more “upper class ” law firm. You are better off going to any standard law firm, pay reasonable fees and most likely will receive better advice.Specific the Birmingham Branch, stay away!

We have recently sold a property through Knights and I have to say that our team of Chris Brierley and Dagmara Blachut have been excellent throughout the process. Always available if any questions and they have guided us through what has been a complex transaction with exemplary efficiency and humour. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a great experience working with Knights (Gail Williams and Louise Nunns), who looked after both sale and purchase of properties during our recent move. The service they provided was excellent, they were friendly, very knowledgeable and highly efficient, and we felt in very safe hands all the way through the process. We highly recommend, many thanks!

TrustpilotExcellent service!
Lowri and Harriet helped me with a property sale which we needed to complete in a very quick timeline due to personal factors. They were both absolutely brilliant, their service and efficiency made the transaction the smoothest and quickest one I have ever had before. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for my next purchase!

TrustpilotHugely supportive dovorce lawyer
I have recently gone through a divorce, which was a lengthy and quite difficult experience. Natalie Wiles from Knights was my solicitor. From the very beginning to the successful end of this she has been honest, warm and completely supportive. She has always responded to any queries and concerns in very quick time and has been prompt in all of her correspondence. She has looked after my interests all the way through, without making me feel at all pressured or lacking in any relevant knowledge and when my mental health was affected she worked compassionately around that. I would not hesitate to use her again (hopefully not for divorce!) and highly recommend her.

TrustpilotSelling a property
I started out by engaging Coffin Mew at Lakeside in Portsmouth to act in the sale of a property. They were terrific all the way through even though halfway through the process they were taken under the wing of Knights Plc. The conveyancing was handled with expertise and as quickly as they could make it happen. Well done Coffin Mew employees, I do hope Knights Plc do not fail in your expectations as your new employer.

Knights were very helpful, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process of buying my property. As a first time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive team to have guided me through the journey of buying my first property. Special shout outs to Natalie and Fiona, who always responded quickly and went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly.
