From initial discussions regarding realistic value J-S input proved constructive and helpful. The quality of material produced was outstanding. As a result the whole process went forward smoothly while potential local competing properties remained unsold. What we did not expect but much appreciated was their guidance of the process through exchange of contracts and to completion, when the process was in danger of getting bogged down in various technical wrangles.
We have no hesitation in giving J-S a 5-star rating and full recommendation.

Staff were always cheerful and helpful within the Agent. Although probably down to health circumstances, it was a shame we only had contact with the Director dealing with us once. The photographers they chose did not really provide good quality output and weren't particularly sympathetic to the Covid 'guidelines'. So, I would suggest they review their partners that they outsource such aspects to. Fees are on the high side.
