GoogleOnly one star because I can't give zero stars. Unprofessional, rented a property with them and problem after problem after problem. After getting their inventory we found it had someone else's names on it and the missed, mirrors hanging off, toilet seats broken and loose, keys missing and a cooker not working. When we went to the offices we waited about 15 minutes for the estate agent to get off a phone call, while another guy hid behind his computer screen in the corner ignoring us. When the 1st guy got off his pho e call, we were met with a guy who kept sayin "I dont usually deal with rentals". Avoid at all costs they are unprofessional, liars and incompatent.

GoogleBradleys Exeter were excellent. The people were friendly and helpful. They sold our house quickly despite the difficult situation in the country. We received excellent support at every stage.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment and also about the position you find yourself in trying to find some accommodation. Having spoken with the local office and them having advised you on numerous visits that we cannot help you in your position. Having been professional and polite, the team felt they needed to be a little more direct as you continue to visit them with the same information. GoogleBradleys are outdated in their attitudes, unsympathetic with terrible customer service I was completely dismissed offhand. With so many agencies out there - my advice to both landlords and tenants - use someone else.

GoogleIf I could leave no stars I would. Customer service was atrocious, patronising and dam right rude. Other members of staff clearly uncomfortable with how their colleague was conducting themselves. Will never recommend this company!!

Extremely helpful to me in buying a house and I dealt with the same person most of the time which made the process easier. Nothing was too much trouble, letting me back in to the property before completion to check out what repairs were needed. Also very good at chasing up solicitors and other parties to keep the whole thing on track. Thanks Bradleys!
