FacebookBooked a viewing on a property advertised as “offers over” and were called on the day of the viewing to be told they’d sold it so were cancelling the viewing. Given that we were in a chain free position with mortgage agreed in principle, I fail to see how they could possibly know that we were not prepared to offer a better price for the property, instead preferring to cancel the viewing and take the first offer they received and never find out what they could have achieved for their vendor with a bit more care and attention. Very short sighted and definitely not in the best interests of their vendor. Amateur agents at best and one to avoid if you’re looking to sell your home for the best possible price with the best service.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Bradleys having bought it through them 24 years ago. On both occasions their service was absolutely excellent! Our recent sales experience with them could not have been better managed. Christian, who came to value our house and talk us through the marketing process was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and open about all aspects of the process. When it came to accepting an offer his advice, and that of the rest of the team, was both realistic and well thought through; making sure that our buyers were the right ones to go with. Cathy then helped us with the process going forward and was always full of expert advice given in an extremely professional and helpful way. We could not recommend the Exeter Bradleys Team more highly and would definitely use them again!

GoogleWe bought with Bradley’s, but didn’t sell with them, but we might as well have because they did most of the work of the whole chain as far as I could tell. Cathy, who I understand used to work in conveyancing, is very efficient and knowledgeable, and kept the whole thing moving through some extremely challenging conditions. We aren’t often able to say this of an estate agent, but we were very grateful for all their hard work! Would definitely sell with them next time.

GoogleThe whole team at Bradleys were incredibly professional and 100% went above and beyond their duty. We had a few hiccups along the way selling our late mothers property but they pulled the stops out and it was processed successfully just in time for Christmas. GoogleClicked on the appropriate link on their website to view a rental property. They send you a very detailed & unnecessarily invasive online form to complete. After several days, we heard nothing. Then we saw another property we'd like to view. Once again, they send you the form to complete as if you hadn't done it before & as if they didn't keep a record. Worse, it's from a NOREPLY email so there is no personalisation like many other estate agents.
