My younger son and myself had seen five properties in one day and were ready to go home and put it all down to experience. As we toured the last one, Jeremy Knight could sense how we felt and asked what I wanted, that in itself was a first. He asked if we could manage one more and we reluctantly agreed, it was a long way home from Evesham. Neither of us could control our excitement, Jeremy had read me perfectly and here was a house where I could live out my old age. They answered questions however silly they may have been, they are on the end of the phone and ring back if not available at the time. I felt I was treated as an individual and not just a client. Highly professional and courtious from the first appointment to value our property, and then on through marketing it and on to completion. At all times appointments were kept on time, and communications were precise and accurate. This house move became the most difficult and traumatic experience in reaching completion, despite there being only three parties in the chain. This was the result of poor communication being maintained between the conveyancing solicitors. Jeremy Knight and his team at 'Reeds Rains' went far beyond any expected duties of an estate agent to pull the numerous loose ends together, and delve through the 'smoke and mirrors' that appeared to be occurring. I was a tenant in a flat managed by the Evesham Reeds Rains branch for a little over a year. The service I received from both Jack and Jo was great from the very start to the end. There was quick and clear communication throughout the tenancy period, and the branch staff were always very helpful if you did have to contact them, although most things relating to the tenancy/property can be dealt with through the Reeds Rains portal.
