Had a great experience with Jack selling our house. As we are selling our first home we were slightly clueless in what we needed to do and what we needed to know. But Jack helped us along the way, with giving all the advice he could, updating us regularly on viewings and what the viewers thought of the property. Although we had a lot of viewings we didn't get in as many offers are we were hoping for, but Jack continued to fight for what was best for us and secured us a decent price for our property, even if it wasn't quite what we hoped for. Even now we have sold Jack is still supporting us in finding out next home and has been helpful throughout the experience.

Nice people, add little value. They’re the cheapest option (definitely get what you pay for). Our last tenant left the house in a disgusting state and RR were happy with it and after my complaint they accepted a little responsibility; after 10 days hard graft it was ok. If I rent again it will not be with them. Jack is competent, Stewart has yet to achieve his potential.

We have just completed on a property purchased through Reeds Rains. We had solicitors above and below in our chain who were pretty awful, making the whole process very frustrating and lengthy. Jack at Reeds Rains put more effort into getting us over the line than the solicitors dealing with the sale. His intervention and dedication to ensure the exchange went ahead and the completion was secured before our removal company drove off with our furniture was pivotal and greatly appreciated. Jeremy, Jack, Stuart and Julie have all been amazing in selling my Mother’s property for her. Julie’s lovely friendly manner when she answers the phone is an asset to the Company. If she can’t answer a question when you ring she always rang back when she knew. Jeremy, from his initial visit right through to Completion, was friendly, understanding and his advice throughout took away all my concerns as they were dealt with efficiently. Jack came round to my home to fill out some of the endless forms from Solicitors which I very much appreciated, as I couldn’t get to the Office. He was always friendly and knowledgeable (and also loved my little Cavashon!). Stuart was always there to help me if Jeremy and Jack were out so all in all an efficient, friendly, amazing team that support you throughout which is what you need when selling or buying property!

Very disappointing experience buying our first home. We viewed the property 3 times, and on 2 of those (after our offer was already accepted) we were met by an agent who was consistently rude and unprofessional. One viewing was even cut short without warning because he “had other appointments,” despite no time limit ever being mentioned. The key handover was just as poor, no meeting at the property, no information, just a lockbox code over the phone. We arrived to a pile of old mail on the floor and no follow-up or congratulations. For such an important purchase, the lack of care and basic courtesy was unacceptable. Would not use this agency again.
