While all estate agents have their good and bad points I've always felt Jack, Jeremy & the team give their very best 100% of the time. GoogleFrom start to finish Reeds Rains have been brilliant. When they came to value I knew they were the estate agent to use just from how friendly and positive Jeremy was. The online system they use is great! They were very good with keeping us up to date as well as keeping our buyer in the loop. I would highly recommend Jeremy and the team at Evesham.

GoogleWorst experience with an estate agent (or any company for that matter) I have ever had. Strongly recommend against using them to manage a rental property. Lack of transparency from the start, during property inspections managed to miss increasing damage that was being caused by the tenants, and the sub-contracted company they got me to use for fixing tenant damage took 7 months to complete simple tasks. When I returned to my home after renting it out for over a year, the amount of rot and damage was unbelievable. How they did not spot this during inspections is beyond me and leads me to question what their vetting process is for tenants as well as their ability to manage a property.

GoogleWe used Reeds Rains for the sale of our property and can’t speak highly enough of our experience from start to finish. Jack, our agent and was fantastic, constantly going above and beyond to push things along, keeping us updated and answering any question we had. The whole process felt really personal which is very different to experiences we have had with other Estate Agencies. We will be back for sure should we look to move again!

GoogleJeremy came to our house and was very professional. He told me, his job was to sell my house and get us, into the house what we viewed and fell in love with.... He and his team did exactly that. Whenever we phoned with any concerns, the recieving end was answered by Julie, who was always pleasant, helpful and if she didn't have answer straight away, would always got back to us when she did. GoogleReally wasn't a great experience, couldn't recommend. They weren't motivated to sell our house, often putting buyers off. We had to chase feedback from the potential buyers and this was limited. Secured a quick sale after leaving reeds rains but it was too late. The house we wanted gone
