GoogleBig thumbs up for Hal Plummer who handled all over finance during the our purchase. With Hal's knowledge and experience we was able to obtain an affordable mortgage, life insurance and building insurance in one go. He was always available to answer our questions via mobile or text which he answered in plain understandable terms. We will definitely use him again when the fix term is due to expire

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and unresponsive. My partner and I found a house that we wanted to view and we tried to book a viewing on Monday, we heard nothing back and kept calling the agency asking for a viewing and they would reply with "We will ask Dan to reach out to you" and other responses every time we would call back. Each agent would give a different response with no consistency, which seems like they do not even talk to each other in the office. We heard nothing back, when we called on Thursday, Dan finally answered the phone and said they do not want to give us a viewing anymore with no reason at all. Very poor service and would not recommend this agency, if you are trying to buy/sell your property.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I dealt with Steve and Tara who was in constant contact and helped with my sale so much , infact it wouldn’t have gone through as quick if they didn’t work so hard . While I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the team, the slow response times make the process unnecessarily challenging. I understand that the property market can be busy, but timely communication is essential for an efficient and stress-free experience.

GoogleVery positive experience before, during and also post renting. The team is very responsive and have been able to support promptly. After I left the flat, they also managed to anticipate the inventory checks to speed up the end of tenancy process. Highly recommended!
