GoogleDear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about Rob Jones. About 10 days ago I visited your Grays branch in relation to get a new mortgage. Rob came outside we had a brief chat he told me to reply to his email with the required documents. After our brief conversation he asked for my payslips covering past 3 months. I stayed all night to carry out that task. I sent whatever he asked for. He didn’t reply as he promised. I therefore next day returned to your Grays branch and stood outside for a few minutes while he was too busy ignoring my presence, a young lady came and asked if she could help. I asked her to pass the message to Rob to phone me. He never phoned me, once I rang him and left voicemail and other times I only rang but didn’t always leave a voicemail. This afternoon I visited your Grays branch, Rob came outside to tell me he has been really busy between appointments and didn’t get time to carry out his work for me. What right does he have to waste my time . This is terrible service. If he had no time why did he waste my time as well. This is insulting and I am going to complaint about this. Gurprit Kaloya

However, with God and William H Brown Grays at our side we managed overcome what seemed to be a pretty tall order. Debby B especially was amazing.
