GoogleSurprisingly an human factor by Letting Agency in UK who made a comfortable move along with the necessary fixture in the move in property. I can assure that if there is a delay in moving date, you get what is needed in the property. Thanks to “Coral Taylor” and special words for “ Neal Andrew’s” - Experienced at Grays, UK

GoogleIf you need mortgage advice I would look no further than the mortgage adviser Rob Jones I went to see him and he was amazing, I told him what I was looking for and he translated it into what was currently on offer. He was very knowledgable and professional but very friendly which put me at ease straight away, I don’t usually do reviews but I felt that he deserved the acknowledgment and praise. Thank you, I will definitely be recommending you in the future 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GoogleHad the pleasure of viewing a few homes with Debby and I can recommend her wholeheartedly. We had just lost a house we wanted roughly 2 weeks before completion and we were heartbroken and dissapointed when we met Debby. She went the extra mile to help us find a new home quickly so we don't loose our buyer, to accommodate our busy schedule and help us find our new home. Her choices and recommendations were very appropriate, she was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. Very kind and compassionate she nursed us back to hope and helped us through the fear and dissapointment. She found us 3 homes that were so perfect for us from very different aspects that we found it very difficult to choose as they each had advantages we had not considered previously. Throughout the process I noticed that the sellers who's homes we had visited seemed very fond of Debby and she was offering both us and them very honest and constructive observations and advice. I would not hesitate to contact Debby and William H Brown in the future to sell our home (when the time comes) and help us find our new home as the family grows.

GoogleI would recommend anyone who is thinking of selling their house in the Thurrock area to use WH Brown. From the start of the process to the end they were professional and went out of their way to help us in every step. I would like to mention Debbie in the Grays office who went above and beyond to help us even to the point of dealing with our sale when she was on holiday.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleVery pleased with the high standard of service we have experienced with Sarah Ellis and the wider mortgage and lettings team at WHB Estate Agents. They have a very strong grasp of the market broadly as well as specific expertise in our local area. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone buying/selling/renting a property.

GoogleWe received a fantastic, very professional and efficient service from Chloe at William H Brown. She was always available to answer any questions we had. She was always great at keeping us updated and in the loop. And to help us get over the many hurdles we encountered from our side. Right from the very start she could not have done any more to help us Really can’t thank her and David enough. Would highly recommend using this agency.

GoogleAs a potential buyer I have had an extremely poor service from William H Brown. We went to view a property on the market with this agent, placed an offer for the asking price and never received any call/feedback from them at all. The branch manager Stephen gave us his card at the viewing telling us to call him at any time. We have called over 4 times leaving messages asking him to call us back to get an update and a week later still nothing! They have not even had the decency to keep us updated. Thanks to rightmove we have seen this property is now showing sold so we will continue to search for our perfect home but would certainly NOT recommend this agent!!

GoogleReally pleased with the service we recently received from the Grays team of William H Brown. From start to finish every person we dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made the whole process so much easier than we thought it would be in these challenging times. Big thanks the Paul and his fantastic team. Well done!PositiveProfessionalism, Value
