After listing my Leigh on Sea property with a well known internet agent in January 2019, I can strongly advise people to NEVER DO THIS!! Not to go into detail, it was such a false economy and after error after error, cancellation of viewings and a distinct lack of caring and contact and professionalism, my first buyer pulled out. The so called Property Expert advised in his professional opinion to reduce the sale price. I then took on Hunt Roche Belfairs in August and inside what must have been 3 weeks, Rob had produced a brochure, shared to databases, lined up viewers and sold my property! NEVER play with selling your home, it is the most stressful experience you’ll ever have, I just completed yesterday 1st Nov so it still took months of solicitors dragging their feet, but Rob was on the case for me every single day, even on his days off (sorry Rob)! A massive heartfelt thank you to you and your team, you’re worth every penny x

Selling your house? Don’t look anywhere else! Over the past few years, we’ve rented, been landlords, first-time buyers and sellers. We’ve probably dealt with over ten Estate Agents locally and Hunt Roche beat them all BY MILES! They provide a much more personal service than any other company we have dealt with. When we had a slow start with viewings, Rob was constantly talking to us weekly about ideas, etc. They even paid for us to have professional photos taken without any fuss and paid extra to promote our listing on Rightmove on more than one occasion. When we worried about issues, they were quick to allay our concerns. Most of all; towards the end of our sale, when we became the sellers from hell, they never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Instead, Sue, Ben and Rob have gone above and beyond what would be expected from them. I honestly cannot fault them in any way at all. I think without Rob, Sue and Ben, the whole process would have driven us mad. They chased solicitors, chased paperwork and were always just at the end of the phone (even if that is every hour, on the hour)! This may seem like a long review, however, their excellent service warrants this!

Top marks to Rob Cooke and his team for successfully marketing the sale of a property within 4 months from initial assignment. Everyone at his office was so friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient and professional. They kept us informed regularly and consulted us whenever they had queries. Superb Estate Agent. Look no further.

If I could give more than 5* I would. If you are thinking of putting your house on the market, please give them a call, I promise you won't be disappointed. The personal service is second to none, I had Rob dealing with my sale and purchase, it was a VERY difficult chain, but he dealt with the Estate Agents all down the line, kept them on the ball all the time, and kept me and my seller informed throughout. In the time it was going on I lost 2 buyers as they came back with cheeky offers at the 11th hour. But throughout it all Rob kept his cool, and boosted me up, there were times he actually took the set backs personally, and could understand how I felt. When it all finally came together, I felt like I had made a friend. The staff in the office, were also efficient. I have dealt with several Estate agents in the last 20yrs, but I can honestly say, Hunt and Roche from the Leigh on Sea branch, have been the best one for actual PERSONAL service I have encountered.
