GoogleA difficult sale of my late mother’s bungalow with purchasers agreeing terms and then pulling out. It was 3rd time lucky and the sale was completed efficiently by Jo at Hunt Roche. I would definitely recommend for their hard work and local knowledge.

Facing a couple of hurdles she assured us throughout and delivered an outstanding, professional service with a satisfactory outcome. Google“Very disappointing experience. I traveled a long way for a scheduled property viewing, but the agency never showed up. No communication, just a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional!!!!
Dear Pisak, this is not true, we were at the development waiting for you - due to some confusion on the day, it seems you viewed the wrong property with the wrong agent (another one in the building). You then offered on the property you had viewed via us and we advised you of this and advised who to contact. We explained at the time, due to the fact you went to the wrong viewing, we no longer had access on that day to our property and offered you another date and time! Regards, Joanna O'Mahony

If I could give more than 5* I would. If you are thinking of putting your house on the market, please give them a call, I promise you won't be disappointed. The personal service is second to none, I had Rob dealing with my sale and purchase, it was a VERY difficult chain, but he dealt with the Estate Agents all down the line, kept them on the ball all the time, and kept me and my seller informed throughout. In the time it was going on I lost 2 buyers as they came back with cheeky offers at the 11th hour. But throughout it all Rob kept his cool, and boosted me up, there were times he actually took the set backs personally, and could understand how I felt. When it all finally came together, I felt like I had made a friend. The staff in the office, were also efficient. I have dealt with several Estate agents in the last 20yrs, but I can honestly say, Hunt and Roche from the Leigh on Sea branch, have been the best one for actual PERSONAL service I have encountered.
