We recently completed and moved, and used Hunt Roche (Belfairs branch) to sell our house. Jo and her team were absolutely superb from start to finish. A particular mention has to go to Ben, who worked on our sale and went out of his way to help us through every part of the process. He spent hours on the phone with us when we were asking for updates, or just general reassurance, and never once rushed us away making us feel like we were time wasting. We felt that Jo and the team always looked after us, but more importantly were honest with us, which was very reassuring in a stressful situation, and in an industry that has pretty bad press. They were always contactable, and always promptly returned calls, emails or Whatsapps. We don’t intend to move again, but if we did, we know who we’d list with! Down to earth decent people. I had a strange sale due to unexpected circumstances. Hunt roche were brilliant in dealing with this and made it as stress free as possible. Lee valued my property and has a relaxed no nonsense attitude which, for me, made hunt roche the obvious choice. I've been delighted with the service I experienced with Hunt Roche, having recently sold a house through them. They brought in a steady stream of viewers, keeping me constantly informed of progress. However, what was particular impressive was the support they provided when the house was under offer. Unusual legal circumstances made the sale somewhat convoluted, but Jo, Ben and the team were very supportive and persevered through to a successful outcome. Excellent service.

Recently moved house, and I could not recommend Hunt Roche more. Having sold our house with them, and also bought our new home with them, the process was made as stress free as possible. Jo, from the Belfairs office sold ours, getting us the best price possible, working seamlessly with the Shoeburyness office to also get us the best price moving forwards. Move day, we exchanged and completed on the same day, never ideal. However, Jo and her colleagues worked so tirelessly with solicitors, buyers and sellers to get the move over the line as smoothly as possible. Jo & her team definitely made one on the most stressful things you can do, as easy and exciting as possible. Thank you so much. We love our new home.

Where do I start with these folks, pick any area of expertise and these are 11/10. Little over 3 months ago I called through, not knowing it was past closing time, silly me. Sue answered as if it was the start of the day and entertained my query into a property that was hot off the press, I was prepared and even tried to hint I’d call the day after, Sue was having none of it, these folks are committed, she booked us in to see the very next day with Rob along with fully briefing us on the property details. Already impressed but still cautious, I must admit I thought going there we may see the typical agent one unfairly conjours up, I feel bad for even thinking it and was open minded and hopeful. Let’s just say Rob was able to fill the shoes Sue passed on with ease. He entertained all our questions and not once, I say again, not once did we feel that we were being ushered around, we were not the sharpest dressed so one could mistake us for tramps turning up lol but Rob was through and through a pro, explained any jargon we were unsure of without issue and let us roam around and grill him some more. There was another lady, I do apologise as my memory has forgotten her name, she was just as wonderful and accommodating, we even had a good laugh when we set the alarm of alerting the neighbourhood to the potential riff raff trying to buy, us. Throughout the entire process these folks kept us fully updated, even, in my view, took on roles that others should do to help guide us, they did not stop at just being an estate agent looking for a sale, these folks not only went the extra mile but dam well completed a marathon with us with all the questions we had, hehe. Hunt Roche helped both us, the clumsy buyers, and the sellers relax into a steady and confident process, without Hunt Roche I am sure there would not have been equilibrium and without Hunt Roche and the fricking outstanding team we would not be in the property I first spoke to Sue on and visited with Rob on 3+ months back. We can not thank you enough guys, everything we were asked of we delivered with your help and guidence never wavering. Our family are forever thankful and thanks to you guys we now have a place we can call a home, something we never thought possible earlier in the year. Big big thank you 🤘

Having met with three local agents to sell our house, we are beyond happy that we decided to proceed with Hunt Roche Belfairs as our agents and would not hesitate to recommend them. We have only sold our much loved home due to personal circumstances and so it was very important to us to find buyers that would appreciate our house for the same things that we loved about it. Rob came to our home for the valuation and we felt for of all the agents that we met, he provided the most realistic valuation of our house, and he took the time to really get to know us and understand our circumstances as well as explain Hunt Roche’s marketing strategy. We really felt that Rob saw the home we had made, not just the house, and we felt confident that any prospective buyers would be treated with kindness and respect - having had some very difficult moments during our own buying journey with different agents, we wanted to ensure that whoever bought our house did not experience the same. Once we had signed the contract with Hunt Roche, our online property listing was expedited at our request thanks to the support of Jon who worked at speed to arrange photos and create brochures and online material. We had over half a dozen viewings booked within the first week and not even two weeks after first meeting with Rob and Jon, we were sold STC with three offers over the asking price. At every turn, we really felt that we could rely on the advice and support of Rob and Jon, and are thankful that they were supportive of our desire to find the right buyer and not just the right price. After accepting an offer we were put in touch with Amanda as our sales progressor. Amanda has been nothing but friendly and helpful, and has worked hard to progress our sale keeping our own needs in mind as well as our buyers.
