We recently had our snagging list completed by Hill employee Peter Miller who was absolutely excellent. Courteous, professional and hard-working, Peter worked through a list of fixes to our property, keeping all areas clean and tidy.Peter was as absolute credit to the company he represents and having him work in our home for three days was no disruption at all to us, despite working from home and tending to three children and a dog.It says a lot about the company that they hire this calibre of individual.Many thanks!D&A

Barry from East London was great despite the lack of coordination from Hill, he had poor instructions and my petitions for what needed to be fix as it was not fully communicated to him. All resulting in me being left unsatisfied with the job itself even though Barry was lovely and very capable of the job, what was done was done well by him, but multiple things were left unfurnished because of the lack of communication. I am not please by the way Hills has managed my issues.

Maggie Sun and Chloe G were outstanding in helping us find our perfect house. They were incredibly patient with us while we considered our options and decided on the right house for us. We dealt with Chloe mainly, who was so kind and personable, and absolutely lovely to our two little girls who had to attend site visits and meetings with us due to lack of childcare. She also understood this decision was going to affect them as well as us, and helped my eldest get excited about her new home! During the weeks that followed, Chloe helped the exchange process go incredibly smoothly; there weren't any questions she couldn't answer and she was well versed in all the conveyancing side of things etc. She also worked hard contacting the solicitors on our behalf when applicable. After completion she even checked in to see how we were settling in and enjoying our new home. We never felt like we were part of a conveyor belt. Thank you Chloe (and Maggie)

Very happy once again with Hill. Kelvin came to fix an issue with our front door. The issue turned out to be cosmetic but Kelvin still rectified the appearance by going out to source the correct paint after filling the gap which had appeared by the door hinge. Kelvin was very polite and helpful and kept me updated at all times. Thanks very much Kelvin.

Michael Chapman from Hill did an excellent job correcting our ceiling issues. He arrived first thing to start the job, was friendly and kept me updated at all times on the progress. The lounge was left clean and he'd ensured to keep everything covered whilst doing the job. Very happy with the work carried out and would highly recommend Michael.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging Alan Deadman (from Hill) to fix the handles on my doors, and I must say, his work was nothing short of fabulous. Not only did he meticulously repair all the malfunctioning door handles, but he also took the initiative to inspect and confirm that every other lock in the house was in perfect working order.Alan's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring complete functionality impressed me greatly. We were quite shocked with the sudden issue at our home. We hadn't taken photo and sent to Sarah for advice. Sarah had then effectively made all the necessary arrangements immediately and the issues were then resolved with the effort from handyman of i-mex and Hill.Sarah is as professional as she always be, explained to us the possible causes of the issues and comforted us.Sarah's kindness and effectiveness has made this bad event not that worse.
