Barry and Paul C were friendly, with clear communication and efficient work. They both did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen cupboard shelf and fixing the one below. It looks good as new. They went above and beyond, fixing a few other things in the room I hadn't asked for. Super happy with the results!

I'd like to give a positive review on Peter Miller. He attended our property to look at a defect with our shower. He kept me updated at all times as to what the issue was and the solution. Peter was very friendly and informative and I would definitely recommend Hill in the future as Peter and the team have always provided an excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Coppen to address some damage in my home caused by a water leak, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.After the leak, I was left with unsightly stains and peeling paint that made my space feel less than inviting. He were prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the best techniques for repairing the damage.What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. Paul Copper meticulously repaired the stains and made sure the paint was flawlessly applied, leaving my walls looking as good as new. It was evident that they take great pride in their work. They also took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable advice on how to prevent future issues.Additionally, the cleanup afterward was thorough, and I appreciate how respectful they were of my home. Great Customer service from start to finish. We had looked at many sites and narrowed our search down to two possibilities. After much deliberation Hill's won the day. This was in part due to the excellent work by Violeta our initial Sales contact who was exemplary in her dealings with us. Always responsive and kept us informed all the way. The pre-completion meetings with the team gave us a great insight as to what to expect when we finally completed on the house and we were not disappointed. The build quality of the house itself was excellent too with only expected minor snags that were fixed straight away. The site manager Marcus is outstanding and even with his heavy workload always found time for our queries etc. Overall if looking for a new home it would be very much worth considering a Hill development.

Though having moved to our new house for a few months, we are only able to write this review now due to our busy schedule to settle down. Yet, it's good to have experienced more about the good service at Capstone Fields.First, most of the site team members we saw were very hardworking and helpful. We want to particularly appreciate the team manager Mike and one of his members Paul. They both helped us at different occasions.Mike, together with Lynsey from customer service, first gave us a comprehensive home demonstration. Mike and Lynsey both were very patient in answering our questions that took them overall about two hours. After he learned about our difficulties at the end of the visit, Mike was very kind to offer extra help to resolve our issue (within the next day).Lynsey also helped a lot by recording defects detected during the visit and arranged resolution with her colleague Nicole afterwards.There were a few members who came to rectify the defects. During his rectification work on 07-Aug-2024, Paul was very neat and tidy throughout the process. He was also very kind to teach us how to clean and/or repair some areas. We also appreciate a lot of the help offered from other site team members but we don't know their names. But in short, the site team was very great! It's particularly impressive that they helped clear up the whole estate's black bins as the council was not able to collect the bins due to the on-site roadwork.Nicole mainly communicated with us through emails. We have to say, her responsiveness was not fast enough, but improved after gentle feedback was given. As a whole, she understood most of our needs and arranged appropriate persons to resolve our issues. Together with Lynsey, she resolved over 80% of our issues. Thank you both. And we look forward to Nicole's responses to a few outstanding issues.

While we are happy with the overall hardware quality, some minor defects require post completion follow-up.There is also very professional & reliable salesman, Tom. Alan Deadman was the person who came to sort out the issue with my electric hob. Sadly, the hob itself proved to be faulty, but he reported it straight away to the contractor to arrange a replacement. Alan also helped me with attaching a plastic watter barrier to my bathtub to stop water from dripping from under the shower screen. Thank you so much for your help.Barbara

One of Hill's operatives, Simon Cowdrey, had come to handle quite a few issues at our home just now. Skill-wise, he had done a great job. Issues were well managed with clear explanations. We valued a lot on his clean and tidy work, in particular. Personality-wise, he's very kind and easy-going. We had very comfortable conversations with him, but these didn't stop him from carrying out his great work at our home. On top of the assignments from Hill, Simon also did extra work to help fix a few other issues identified on the spot. I have never seen such perfect work in all my years the man’s work is and l really mean A-MAZ-ING. He had to fill a large hope in the wall. It is in impossible to find where the hole was because his work is flawless and on top of that he is net tidy and quick. He also is a soft spoken a very polite and knowledgeable man. We had Michael Perry and Richard Ryan snagging up our new flat. Amazing service by both. Communication was smooth, the works of great standard, and actually I preferred working from home when they were around as I was picking up DIY hints from them :) There were a LOT of items picked up in our snagging survey and they fixed everything without even interrupting my work. Amazing work, and they actually went the extra mile by pointing and fixing things not picked up by the report and helping out mounting things on the wall for us!

It was really a very nice and unforgettable experience when I and my husband who first came to Cambridge went to the show house office of the Timberworks construction site and trying to get some information about the sale there. Though at that moment, I was not sure whether I would really buy the apartment there, Antonia has been serving us with her great hospitality and patience. The warm experience really impressed us! Our genuine THANKS to Antonia!!!We are also much much impressed to meet Louise who has been giving us a great great helping hand in the process of our aquaintance of the house on sale in the Timberworks as well as the whole processing of reservation & exchange. As a matter of fact, Louise's kindness and caring concern and her keeping in touch with us during the processing of the purchase really makes us feel much comforted and confident to go through the specific, legal but totally unfamiliar steps to us. So. our deepest THANKS to Louis! We are so happy to succeed in finishing the progress up to "the exchange" by now. I love my Hill house in Eddington and have been constantly delighted by the care and thought that has gone into the design and the details. Everything was extremely well handled by Nathalie from my first enquiry. There have inevitably been one or two snags, but these have been helpfully pursued and resolved by Angela. One of these dealt with today by Jamie who has done an excellent job and put things back together perfectly. It feels good to be able to call on such a dedicated team.
