The service I have received from Heritage Earls Colne office has been exemplary and particularly the care and attention given to my sale by Vicky. GoogleResponse time to resolve issues with the property have been sub-par. Would not recommend using. when you raise an issue it takes months to even get someone round. Raised an issue with regards to the bathroom. it has taken over a year to just have a extractor fan replaced due to the last one not being fitted correctly. Issues have not been rectified and when asked whats happening we get informed with "please revert this to ARPM to deal with"

You have to appreciate that we have to take our landlord's instructions and sometimes it is not possible or appropriate to fix every issue a tenant may have. ARPM is our management company who deal with all of the maintenance issues.

I was surprised at how low the valuation was and ended up using another estate agent. 2 weeks later my house was sold for a price which was 10% over the Heritage valuation.
