GoogleI asked Heritage to valuate my property. I was surprised at how low the valuation was and ended up using another estate agent. 2 weeks later my house was sold for a price which was 10% over the Heritage valuation. That’s a lot of money which I could’ve lost if I had chosen Heritage to market my property. I can only conclude that they lack knowledge of the local market...

GoogleWe used Heritage when buying our last house 4 years ago, and used them again recently both to buy and sell. As before, the whole team were excellent. Heritage knew exactly the kind of thing we were looking for and found us the perfect home, keeping us up to date throughout the whole process and helping move things to completion smoothly.

GoogleMoving during a pandemic was never going to be easy. However without the professionalism of Amy and Vicky at Heritage, I am not sure that we would have had a successful transaction. The actual selling of our house was the easy bit as the first to view, bought, however the tenacity of Amy chasing the chain via solicitors and estate agents and keeping everyone informed made sure the transaction concluded satisfactorily. At the time it was very stressful, but looking back, it was a good move. Heritage were recommended to us by a number of Coggeshall residents and it is clear that Heritage are the first choice for moving home locally. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe had a really good experience selling our property with Heritage. It was a difficult sale but the professionalism of all staff was outstanding and most importantly was the constant updates and contact. Keeping us fully in the loop at all times made a difficult situation far more manageable and removed the frustration so commonly felt when information is hard to obtain. Thank you everyone at Heritage. We will of course be using you next time!
