GoogleExceptional service at all times. Sold my home very quickly then found me a new property too. When my buyer was unable to get a mortgage the whole team worked to resell my home - and they sold it in 4 days. Kept me in the loop throughout the selling and buying process. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to you if buying or selling. I was delighted that we could use them to buy. We saw other homes but were put off by very pushy estate agents. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Hamilton Piers, Great Notely deserve more than 5 stars.We have recently bought and sold through them. We found Roxanne and Sasha very hard working and they made the whole experience run as smooth as possible. They constantly updated us on progress and answered our queries promptly working in a personal but professional way. We would highly recommend Hamilton Piers.

We recently purchased a property via Hamilton Piers and found their communication and service very good.Notably, in the first instance was Roxanne who went the extra mile to gain specific required info on access, and also Sarah who dealt with the progression of purchase with professionalism and calmness despite some considerable turbulence.

Poor feedback availability from viewers, constantly chasing them. Told we would be phoned did not happen. When we had sold our buyers property was over valued and had a long drawn out saga about how we could all contribute to make up the amount. Very poor customer service and an e mail that did not reflect us well was taken as gospel by them and we proved it to be totally untrue.

A friend of mine recommended Hamilton Piers so i used them for selling my house in Great Notley. They seem quite a small agency but were really friendly and helpful. They were very professional and although It took a while to sell my house, they never seemed to lose interest. The sale went through very smoothly - i can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been renting a property in notley for 3 years from Hamilton piers and have always been very happy with everything. Every time I have needed anything like when the boiler broke at Christmas Hamilton Piers were on it straight away even though it was Christmas. They are a very good agent
