Where do I start, we didnt have an easy ride when it came to buying our new home due to various hiccups at the top of the chain however I cannot fault Hamilton Piers in the slightest. We originally got in touch with hamilton piers around June 2025 to sell our house with Sasha, which took less then a month. Then unfortunatly due to our buyer having a family illness arise we had to put the house back on the market, and Jade managed to get the house sold in 4 days of it being on the market. Once being passed over to the sales Progression team, Sarah was an absolute star! Nothing was ever too much, she was calling everyone throughout the chain (she was so far from being a "thats not my job" person) chasing regularly and putting pressure where it was needed. I never had a call or email unresponded to. And 7 months later we are finally into our new home! I would highly recommend Hamilton Piers! And next time, if I could I would buy and sell through Hamilton Piers.

I purchased my house through Hamilton Piers Braintree and while they were polite to deal with they told me 2 major things about my house that were completely incorrect and have cost me thousands of pounds to sort, which I obviously hadn't budgeted for. This is extremely disappointing as when you're showing someone round a house to sell its very important they know what is working properly and what will need replacing. I was told with confidence by the estate agent that the boiler was just 2 years old, but when I had it serviced the gas engineer immediately could see it was in fact 14 years old, falling apart and leaking! The replacement of this cost £3,000 that I hadn't planned on spending on my '2 year old boiler'. They also told me the loft was completely boarded, and upon opening the loft today to store my bits it is not boarded at all! Again another piece of important information that I was told which has turned out to be completely untrue. I would not recommend Hamilton Piers to anyone unfortunately as I think telling people completely false information to sell a property is really bad practice and I am now paying the price for believing what I was told during my viewings! Overall a really disappointing experience.

We recently sold my deceased fathers property not knowing the area, we saw a few estate agents and decided to go with Hamilton Piers. A very good choice it would turn out to be. Tony was very knowledgeable on the area and advised us well on the selling price, we sold within a few weeks. From then on we worked with Sarah, the sales progressor and I do not have enough nice words to describe her. She kept us updated regularly and helped push things through with the buyers and solicitors and not just on our side of the chain but the whole chain. Without Sarah's involvement, there is no chance we would have settled in the time we did, she was instrumental to the progress and her work was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Hamilton Piers.

The purchase of my first home has just finalised today and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was a complete novice going into this and admittedly I like to worry a lot, but Sacha made the whole process of buying very easy for me. She was absolutely fantastic and a credit to hamilton piers. Sacha is the star of the show

This move has consumed months of our lives, with stress levels we did not think was possible. However, there is one individual whom without this process would’ve either been much worse or probably just would’nt have happened at all: Sacha. Sacha was attentive and honest at all times. She told us straight when our expectations were unrealistic and hurried us along over the final hurdle when she needed to. If anyone is looking for an estate agent or someone to act for them to sell their property then you must call Sacha at Hamilton piers. The personal service we received was absolutely phenomenal and we think she went above and beyond. Nothing was too much to ask and she was even happy to update us out of hours. Well what can I say, we're in our new house and settled. I couldn't recommend Hamilton Piers enough, Sacha has been my rock throughout the whole time even before when we were with another agent. Sacha and all the staff are so trustworthy, go above and beyond to support me get everything moving quickly. They managed to sell our house and complete in under 4 months even in this current climate. I was so pleased when I switched from another local agent who filled me with constant lies, tried to badger us in getting another house that he was selling and shouted at me down the phone when I called him out on his lies. Sacha, Faye, Jade and Tony all worked so hard for us and couldn't thank them enough. Easy peasy

Everything was easy for me from start to finish. Aside of the solicitor forms Hamilton piers made it that easy for me that I didn’t have to lift a finger. They done all the showings of my house with hardly needing to bother me at all, arranged for their solicitor to send everything to me so I didn’t have to contact them either, and sorted the removal company who more or less done every bit of the removal process for me as well. If anyone would like an estate agent who takes care of everything for you and makes life so much easier then give this company a call.
