YellDefinitely Choose hamilton piers Great Notley as your selling agent
Hamilton Piers estate agents (the great Notley branch) worked tirelessly for us from the moment we appointed them as our chosen selling estate agent. We were very happy with the photos and the brochure which all went on the Internet (Rightmove et cetera) within probably only two hours. We were then inundated with viewings for the rest of that day, and went onto sell above the asking price within no more than three days of being up for sale. I really do not know why anyone locally certainly in Great Notley itself would spend their time talking to other estate agents as this agent has everything required and more including friendly staff and good photography skills (and with no lies and trickery like 3 other agents who messed us around for weeks at a time). Anyway As we only intend staying at our new house for about two years we will definitely be in touch with Tony and Sacha again nearer to the time. Thank you for all of your assistance

Even though my flat wasn't sold though Hamiltons (it was sold through another agent on multi agency) I found the personnel were very helpful and patientAs I live 25 miles from the property it was a little difficult for me to be there to do the viewings, so the HP guys had to do this for me, there was no problem for them to do this and they were always prompt with feedback

YellMuch better from the first day than all other agencies
If you are in need of an estate agent to sell like we were then I highly recommend Hamilton Piers. Everything about them is better than the other agents we invited to value our house-their punctuality, politeness (no one Else offered to take their shoes off) and their General marketing (like the photos/particulars and their stylish property magazine) were better. Well those were the reasons we decided to go with them and it was definitely the right choice as everything after that was quite impressive as well. We have already recommended them to several friends looking to buy and sell. Five star quality so five star rating from us x

Hamilton Piers Staff, worth their weight in gold! they sold our house in 3 days at a fantastic price and once we moved on to the next stage we had a few issues with getting things moving and the staff at HP stepped in and got us going again. we're now in our new home and loving life, all thanks to HP. helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended

Sorry, I was meant to leave this two weeks ago but life’s been a little hectic!!! Thank you very much to Tony and Sarah for all of your help with my sale. The whole process was pretty smooth, very professional, and you were both very helpful all the way through. Without the updates from you I probably wouldn’t of known what was going on at all because my solicitor was useless. All in all a very good service and I can now see why you have a very good reputation in the local area.

We have finally exchanged today and I just wanted to say thank you very much to all of the staff that had anything to do with the sale of my cottage. As you know I had quite a bad experience before choosing you as my new estate agent and I am very glad that I did. Thank you for all of your hard work and for telling me the truth in the first instance about what the correct price was for the cottage as without that I would probably still be sitting on the market not sold.

We am pleased to write this outstanding review to this top Estate Agency. We contracted Hamilton Piers to sell our home. They promoted it and gave accurate descriptions. They were professional and pulled out all the stops. If they said they would be around at a certain time they were there. 100% reliable. Always available to speak to us. We lost our buyers on the day of completion and within the week they had found us another buyer. We have now exchanged and looking forward to completion. All the staff were brilliant, helpful and patient during this very difficult sale. Sasha, Tony and Faith make a great team. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Good points:(1) Tony put my property advert online within about 3 hours of visiting me with superb photography. (2) Within 24 hours of online advert up and running they had booked in a handful of viewings. (3) by day 2 Tony found us a buyer. Bad points: none yet whatsoever. A great company so far and much more enthusiastic then the other 3 estate agents we called round to ours to show our home to.

GoogleExceptional service at all times. Sold my home very quickly then found me a new property too. When my buyer was unable to get a mortgage the whole team worked to resell my home - and they sold it in 4 days. Kept me in the loop throughout the selling and buying process. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to you if buying or selling. I was delighted that we could use them to buy. We saw other homes but were put off by very pushy estate agents. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!
