I contacted the Walthamstow branch of Douglas Allen, as i was let down by another Estate agent. On explaining my situation and time scale, I was contacted by the Branch Manager Maria Ticehurst. who pulled out all the stop's in marketing and administration. i'm now back on track and just awaiting my buyers solicitors. Chadwell heath branch promised everything, delivered nothing!! Told me how my property was sought after! Auction deal was best. 60 wasted days!! Then told three weeks notice Is needed. Just false promises, very lazy leadership. Wasted 81 days!!! Don’t give them your business. Time wasters.
